Terrible communication thru out. No one seems to care about helping your medical needs. I’ve been going there for years and am changing.

Dr. Tomacruz as my father's primary care physician (PCP) saw him after he suffered sudden hearing loss in his good hearing ear and has chronic hearing loss in the other ear. I (as his son) had to take him due to safety issues with loss of hearing. Dr. Tomacruz saw much wax buildup in both ears and suggested ear irrigation to remove wax.A nurse did this procedure, but it was painful and little wax was removed. Dr. Tomacruz arranged him to be seen by E.N.T. doctor on same day who removed ear wax in both ears by suction and noted a chronic perforated ear drum in his non-functional ear. None of his PCP's including Dr. Tomacruz mentioned or noted ruptured ear drum before during wellness checkups and/or upper respiratory infections. We were surprised of this finding and were told not to irrigate or have water get into the bad ear. Dr. Tomacruz is a caring doctor who listens to patient, tries to address and help them with their health issues.

Dr. Tomacruz listens to all my concerns and collaborates with me on treatment plans for conditions that come up. He is patient and addresses all my issues. You can tell he really cares. He is amazing!!!

Easy to communicate with.

He really cares about his patient. He is very detailed when discussing results of any test and shows genuine concern. He listens to you and he always ask how my family is going.

He listens to your concerns and do everything he can to ensure that your health is important to him, by referring you to specialist and discuss your concerns. I feel comfortable in his presence and able to discuss all my concerns with him. Thank GOD for an awesome doctor that knows his job.

Dr. Tomacruz is a very caring and intelligent doctor with excellent bedside manner, respectful, patient and kind attitude. He is very attentive. His nurses/staff are all very efficient and considerate as well. I started seeing him when he joined the Edward medical group and now our whole family goes to him for primary care. He is a gem.
