Dr. Ghali is one of those rare physicians who is both professional and compassionate. My experience was that he was prepared for the appointments, actually listened to me, and clearly conveyed his evaluation, plans, and recommendations. In my case the results were not good. But Dr. Ghali gave me the news face-to-face, not through someone else, and in a factual yet clearly compassionate manner. I knew he wanted to give good news and I know he made the right decision.
