Dr. Ahmed has been my G.I. Physician for a few years. He is knowledgeable, thorough, caring and an excellent communicator. I appreciate his conservative yet aggressive health approach in doing what’s best for the patient. His office staff is incredible. Great quality service! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

He examined me and gave me time to ask questions. Explained procedure that would be helpful in diagnosing my complaints.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ahmed for several years. Dr. Ahmed is a very good doctor who cares for his patients. I beleieve he saved my life. I was having some difficulties with my stomach and my blood work would come back abnormal for months. Dr. Ahmed decided to have a colonscopy. A large polyp was found on my colon that was cancerous. I was able to get treatment in time. I would recommend anyone to see Dr. Ahmed and trust him to do what is needed to help you.

have a chronic issue and all Dr. Ahmed wanted was to perform colonoscopy, which he did....that was it. Problem continues, no further interest in solving it for me. Wont be going back

I have been a patient of Dr. Ahmed's for several years for more routine GI issues such as performing colonoscopes. Just before Christmas, I began experiencing severe digestive problems. By coincidence, during the same period, routine bloodwork I had done for an appointment with my cardiologist disclosed severely elevated liver function readings. I immediately contacted Dr. Ahmed's office. Although it was late on a Friday afternoon, and Dr. Ahmed was out of the office, his staff quickly contacted him and took action to arrange a needed CT scan on Saturday. I was added to Dr. Ahmed's schedule on Monday, and learned I had a tumor on my pancreas. Dr. Ahmed was clear and caring about all aspects of the diagnosis. Moreover, since this all occurred in the middle of the holiday season, he personally contacted the pancreatic disease specialist at Johns Hopkins to ensure needed care could be imitated without delay. Today, thanks to actions taken by Dr. Ahmed and his staff, my prognosis is good.

The receptionist lost my confidential medical data and had no explanation. The office is set up looking like it is in the 1940’s with old dirty furniture. This is a disgrace. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible.
