I was referred to Dr Ashraf by my family doctor and I couldn’t be any more happier that I did because this doctor is epic!!!! He’s very nice and is very helpful when it comes to explaining what our medical issues are. The staff is very nice and overall my visit was enjoyable and I’m feeling better now. This doctor isn’t one of the doctors that prescribe something that you don’t need, he gives you exactly what is needed and makes sure that the medication he’s prescribing doesn’t have bad side effects. I get bad side effects from Prednisone and other medications that have steroids, and he made sure he didn’t prescribed me those. I’m really grateful that Dr Ashraf takes my insurance and I was able to be recommended to see him. Definitely recommend this doctor to family and friends, and to whomever needs an epic and honest pulmonologist. Overall I’m giving a 5+ star rating.

Horrible place of business. Lack of customer service. Months and months of waiting. No bedside manners. Could care less about his patients.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! When I called I never talked to someone I had to always leave a message. I had to be the one calling to ask about my sleep test and what I needed the day of. The sleep test day was approaching and nobody from that office called to remind me or to give me any type of instructions....NOTHING!!! After I had the sleep test the staff told me if something came out bad they would call me to do another sleep test and if every thing was fine that I would just need to make

It was an overall negative experience especially for the service that was given and what I felt like was a money grab. Was charged out of pocket costs when I asked twice if my insurance would cover it. Also, charged again for a follow up visit to read results. Common courtesy would have been to call and let me know that the results and/or include the cost with the first visit. In addition, this office has a flat $25 charge on any print out which I wanted for the lab results

The staff is too busy to take your phone call ... I always get their voice mail. My wife was asked to get a CT scan for her lung problem. after a month of waiting to get the insurance approval, I called the insurance company and they said it was sent back to the doctors office to be sent to the right department two weeks earlier. Today is month #2 and I've made several phone calls to get this resolved. They are very testy to me now and still don't follow up with me or have done their job right.
