Not impressed with Dr. Bakleh
First visit, he was an hour and a half late. I left my job early so that, I would be on time. Second he doesn't care what his patients have to tell him.

I waited almost 2 hours for him to enter the room. He rushed my questions and took a phone call during my appointment. I was put onto a medication and not given much information about it. I tried to ask questions about several things, including refills for 3 medications and he rushed through. The administration staff is not friendly, no greeting when you sign in. The nurse was friendly but didn’t disinfect the chairs in the patient rooms between patients.

I have no problem with the doctor I'm seeing. It's the extremely rude and incompetent staff at the front desk. They are rude on the phone when you try to get refills called in and then you wait forever for them to call them into your pharmacy. And that's if you can ever get past the voice mail system. They are horrible in person and slow to take care of simple billing. I received bills for services that had already been paid for months after payment, during my last visit, the lady got snotty when I pulled it up in my bank app to show her. Again, the doctor is nice and no issues with him. If you're insulin dependent, talk to your regular family doctor and your pharmacy, because the staff at the endo's office are playing with your life.

Dr. Bakleh is rude, pushy, and very unprofessional. His demeanor is of poor quality. He asks personal questions that has nothing to do with a Dr's visit. It's difficult to understand what he is saying or the rhyme and reason for his silly questions. Dr. Bakleh is a very bad listener and a worse communicator.. Will cancel my next appointment and will never take another appointment with him even for much longer drive..

I appreciated having the thyroid ultrasound and a review of its results in the same visit. It cut way down on worry time. I thought the staff was very efficient on my most recent visit. I am glad the doctor accepts my insurance. The front office both waived the fee for a missed appointment and got me quickly rescheduled when many inches of snow and the sudden death of my kind neighbor's very old plow truck kept us stuck at home. My 96-year-old mom who accompanied me thought the doctor was nice. That is high praise coming from her.

I've been going to this office for over 20 yrs, not sure why I haven't left. Your appt time is a joke even if you get back to a room you still wait for 45 min or more. The front desk now collects your payment before you go back because their afraid you'll leave before you get called back to a room. Front desk is not very friendly. Dr. Bakleh is a good doctor but seems like he is always in a rush.

Been going to this office since feb 2019. He was treating my prediagnised diabeites. In aug i went to a new family doctor that dianosed me with custioins. Something that should have already been done. I already had a apt set up so i called to see if i could move it up being its a month out. Called office at 9:30am left vioce mail. Then called 7 more times. Only to go to voice mail. I called again at 4:25 only to be told to call again tommorow as the office closed at 4:30. They have done nothing but waiste time. I have made apt with a new office.

This office is a complete joke! As others have said the front desk is rude and actually trying to call to schedule appointments or get a refill on meds is an all day task if not a couple of days. You'd be better driving there and trying to get them to open the window to talk directly to them. If you do get an appointment cancel your others responsibilities. You will wait in the the waiting room only to be moved to another waiting area in a cramped hallway before waiting again in a room. Dr. is okay but for as quick as he has met with me im surprised there is a wait at all. Very quick and almost zero follow up. I'm not sure if all endocrinologists/ offices are like this but your time and concerns are not respected here.

I have been a patient of Dr Bakleh's over 10 years for treatment of my thyroids and I love him for being a listener to my complaints and addresses them without rushing me. He reviews and eplains all labs results making proper adjustments when need. Being a godly man a plus in my book. My wait time was over an our once but that was due to sharing rooms with other doctor's. I only schedule appts. when he is there. No problems with staff because I'm pleasant with them.

Turn & Burn. Office staff is horrible. Rude and incompetent. Good luck with getting answers to simple questions or a return phone call. They cannot even keep their files up to date with current blood work labs.

I would like to state that my recommendation score would be much hire if were about the doctor only. His supporting cast members are just AWEFUL! If he prescribes any medication requiring prior authorization, it becomes your new part-time job to obtain it. I have been waiting 15 days for a new med PA and I’m currently out of one of my diabetic maintenance because they have failed to send a required PA for that one. The MAs are great. Clerical staff should be unemployed. Bakleh is great staff sux

I've been a patient of Doctor Bakleh's for almost 10 years. Prior to that I had difficulty finding a doctor that listens. He has been very thorough. I have always felt he was genuinely concerned about my health. The only problem I have is in getting an appointment within two months of calling. They are always very busy and the wait can be quite long.

I wish zero stars was an option. I was in ICU in October for thyroid storm. Dr. Bakleh put me on the max dose of tapazole. Labs done in December before my appt. At the appt he told me my labs were good. My TSH in the ICU was 0.006. January I left several messages stating I had gained over 15 lbs, I was excessively tired. He never returned my calls. In February I was sent to the ER from work because I had delayed response time. ER my TSH was 75. He neglected to look at my dec lab, tsh was 35.
