Dr. T the best
The level of care by all of Dr. Tarakji staff is amazing. They go far and beyond the call of duty in patient care. Dr. Tarakji takes his time, never seeming in a hurry. He asks all of the things that are relevant not only to where you stand with cancer, also with how you feel physically and emotionally. He is a true picture of care. Doctor 'T' as his staff knows him by, is the best Doctor I have come across. Kudos to his staff and to him. Thank you

Dr. Tarakji for the WIN!!!
Had no problems with Dr. Tarakji. He explains everything well and also if for some reason you can't understand him you can always get him to do a summary of your appointment. I use the MYCHART app and if I have any additional questions I can contact him through the app and get a response very quickly, usually within an hour or two. Went in with stage 4 prostate cancer, he explained everything to me and prescribed the correct medication and what steps I needed to take. I'm in remission now and getting back to my normal life! It's a WIN WIN situation!

Dr Tarajki and compassion
I was recently diagnosed with Small cell cancer (2months ago). Like anyone else it was quite a shock and it completely affected my life. I am the third person in the family to have serious cancer and my kids were scared. Dr. Tarakji treated us, and treats us with nothing but compassion to a level amazingly strong. Never felt rushed in any office visit, discussed what is important to us, showed true and honest caring and made me feel that I was the most important person to him. He always explains things in easy to understand ways and is always there to answer questions. Indeed there are many good doctors out there but I would say there are none as qualified and compassionate has Dr Tarkji.

Dr. Tarakji is far and away the best oncologist doctor I've had so far . He'll take the time to listen to your concerns, even when he's rushed a bit by the busy office. He's a very nice and easy going guy, and doesn't have the big ego that can be frustrating with many MDs. I would highly recommend him, even if commuting a little longer to see him like I do.

Dr. Tarakji is one of the most kind and supportive doctor's I have ever had the privilege to associate with. He is very knowledgeable and it shows in his delivery of care to his patient. I can't say enough good about him. I had all the confidence in him during my medical treatment. He was my Oncologist after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Highest Recommendation for anyone who needs a cancer doctor.

I recently saw Dr. Tarakji with a family member who has very little understanding of medical topics. I have an extensive medical background and I feel Dr. Tarakji basically blew me off. He acted like cancer is "no big deal" and "Pooh Poohed" most of my concerns. He talks above the patient's level of understanding, although I had done my research and asked what I thought were decent questions. There was no compassion. I think he might do better in Orthopedics and not Oncology!
