My daughter went to the ER on a Friday evening. He was the on call physician. I called and left 2 messages with his answering service over the weekend and never got a call back. I called his office Monday morning and was told he isn’t taking new patients. This was wrong when the ER doc, Michael Braun, spike to him and told us to make a visit with him for a follow up. Absolutely disgusted with this situation and I will tell everyone to steer clear of him.

AMAZING DOCTOR! Absolutely one of the best. He listens to you, takes him time and does not rush you out of his clinic. Makes you feel very important and takes the time to reassure you that he will help you in every way he can. Also explains things very well and his office is beautiful! Very clean, sterile and looks like is decorated out of a magazine! I highly recommend him.

20 reasons to fire your doctor!!!! He fits all 20 . Plus his lil delphie won't stop telling you that your a waste of time !! Stupid diagnosis ,doesn't remember what you say and ask for . Gives you a misdiagnosis! Last his secretary is more rude than the automated message.

I have never been treated so professionally by a Dr. He actually listened to me and allowed me to make decisions about my own care. I would never think of going to any one else. I can always count on him when needed. His staff is very caring and can always get me in for same day apts. They are very understanding and always answer my questions. They always call me back with any lab or diagnostic testing right away so I don’t spend time worrying. The office is always neat and clean.

As a patient of Dr. Arora for the past sixteen years, I have to say that I have the best physician money can buy. If I have a scheduled appointment, I am seen on time. No WAIT. If I need to get into Dr. Arora for an unscheduled visit, I am seen "that day." The staff are friendly, personal and make you feel that they care. The office is spotless. I use to drive over one hour to see Dr. Arora when I moved, because finding a new physician is not my personal choice.

Dr. Arora is very attentive and caring. He listened to what I had to say, explained (in detail) what was happening, and helped me find the best solution that fit me. The staff is awesome. When I was in for a general check up I thought I found a great phystian, but when he reached for his stethoscope he turned around and tried to convince me I needed to come every month for unnecessary medications. I think he was trying to get me addicted so I would see him more, as a regular practice. He had no shame trying to prescribe me a horribly addictive drug. If you need a doctor stay away from this one. Plus the older woman up front is really mean and rude.

I went into his office and he tried to prescribe me a medications that I know from specialist are harmful to me. He knew that I had good insurance and tried to push me into medications that other doctors who were more concerned about my health told me were dangerous and against medical advice, from good doctors, he just wanted me to see him every month for the money. I have intentions to call his board of ethics he does not put the patient first and it's scary that he is allowed to practice.

The office ladies could not get a pre-autorization paperwork done so my procedure was canceled. Ordered 2 test in the lab. Completed them but they just cant find the results. They been trying to contact the lab for a week not to get the results back and still cant get it done. Lied to me that doctor will call me on 3 occasion and never did because he doesn't care. Very incompetent and unknowable team. Doctor can only be as good as his team. The fact that he never called me to fix this says a lot
