I'm delighted to share my exceptional experience with Dr. Jean Jacques. Unlike many doctors' visits, where medication seems predetermined before the consultation, Dr. Jacques takes a refreshingly different approach. She listens attentively and takes her time to understand your unique needs, tailoring a treatment plan that promotes genuine healing.I appreciate her willingness to explore alternative solutions, such as workout regimens and supplements, before resorting to medication. It's no surprise that her appointments book up a year in advance. After my first appointment, I understood why patients eagerly wait – her dedication to personalized care is truly remarkable.

Doctor was on time and took the time to LISTEN to me, HEAR me and then, explain each recommendation in plain english not medical jargon. She checked my chart before I arrived and made sure that she offered and I received needed vaccinations on the day my appointment. I really appreciated not having to make a return trip - she valued my time and my money. She scheduled tests and referred me to a specialist for another issues. Her nurse did a follow-up phone call a week or so after to make sure that I had my prescriptions and to ask if I needed anything else. Since COVID-19 I have had many friends complain about their medical providers not taking the time to listen or follow-up to make sure that they are doing OK. I am so very thankful for Dr Jean-Jacques and her staff. She is a highly skilled medical professional with a servant's heart who clearly takes the hippocratic oath seriously and adds to it by leaving the patient (me) feeling better than she found me.

I have recommended Dr. Jean-Jacques to many of my friends and colleagues. She is a superb primary care physician who is not only attentive to my needs when I'm in her office but she is excellent at coordinating my care among my specialists. She answers my emails through the MyChart system in a very short time and is clear about when I need to come in or when I can take care of something on my own or with a visit to the pharmacy. She is empathetic while maintaining a warm professionalism.

I love Dr. Jean Jacques!!! When I lost my insurance I was crushed because NMFF didn't take my new insurance, but once my new employer changed insurance coverage I ran back to Dr. Jean Jacques. This woman cares about her patients, she takes her time with you, she will go over ever issue that you may have and give a thorough description. She will do follow up calls. She response back quickly through My Chart. I have no problem getting my refills in a timely manner or any paper work that I need.
