Dr. Murray Jonas, MD

Dr. Jonas is a very good doctor. He attended me as my physician for more than 20 years. I was willing to overlook the long wait times to see him, but unfortunately felt the need to seek my medical care elsewhere when I encountered insensitive, rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited by one of his office staff. I did speak with him about this person, he did not take corrective action regarding the behavior and it occurred repeatedly. This, unfortunately left me with no alternative but to change practitioners. When one is feeling ill, they do not need the added stress imposed by a member of a medical office's staff.

perhaps my perspective on evaluating MD's is different, having worked 12 hr. shifts in a city ER. was referred to Dr.Jonas by my primary care of 35 years. Dr. Jonas is experienced, explained what I asked+, got my problem turned around. That's what I needed. Office is clean, staff is polite & did their job. 'Nuff said.

Have gone to him over 30 years. Was being treated for hypertension. Have complained about side effects of medication. Never told my ekg showed irregular heart beats.

Dr. Jonas has been my physician for 30 yrs., up to date medical knowledge, his caring, a good listener. Takes a holistic view of his patients. follow up after specialists needed, hospitalizations, it is more important to him to provide care, there for his patients. Patients that have to change insurance due to the health care system, he will do all that is possible to decrease the stress of having to change to another provider. signing with new insurance of his patients to facilitate continuity

I left a urine sample and they lost it. I only found out because over a week went by and nobody called to tell me the results. Recently i took blood tests and a sonogram and it's been over a week and nobody called me with the results. I called them three times and I'm told he has a lot of patients and expect to wait hours to be seen. This place is horrible
