Staff is incompetent. I arrive at my appointment and they say nobody called you to reschedule? Dr. Ghadiali isn’t here today. So today was the last time. I will not be seeing Dr. Ghadiali. It’s a shame he’s a great doctor. I just cant deal with his incompetent staff anymore.

Dr. Ghadiali is a wonderful doctor. He is kind and patient, really listens, and works to find solutions. He has been an immense help in clearing up some ear problems when no other doctor I had been to knew what to do. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Murtaza performed my sinus surgery last month. I had 2 follow-up visits thereafter. I am feeling much better now and no more coughing or phlegm issues, apart from no headache and ear pain.

In 2010 Dr. Ghadiali did my SLAD surgery for spasmodic dysphonia, at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana, Ca. He had an assistant, Dr. Scott, from Dr. Berke's facility at UCLA (where Dr. Ghadiali worked prior to KP). Dr. Ghadiali was wonderful. I appreciate that he and Dr. Scott were so attentive to my needs and concerns, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and kind.

Listen to all my questions without speaking over me. Answered all my questions in detail. Gave helpful advice and facts that were clear and easy to understand. Never once did I feel rushed. I would most certainly recommend Dr Ghadiali

Dr. Ghadiali helped me resolve a difficult medical issue with an infection that just would not clear up. He clearly explained my condition to me and prescribed a treatment that quickly started me on the road to healing. I am very grateful.

I only had to wait about 15 minutes after the NP took all of my vital signs, obtained the necessary information from me regarding my visit and then gave me the nasal sprays so that Dr. Ghadiali could examine me promptly. We discussed my problems, he examined me and then provided me information about both problems, solutions and how to followup once the first problem had been handled for about a week plus how to get the second problem defined and the alternatives. He was precise and informative.
