Very unlikely
She entered the exam room 28 minutes late. She offered no apology. A simple " I am so sorry." would have been all that is needed. The appointment lasted 7 minutes. This was my second appointment with this provider, She was 20 minutes late for that appointment. No apology offered that time either.
