Dr. Myriam Vega Gonzalez, MD

I had an initial visit with Dr. Gonzalez where I waited 40 minutes for her assistant to come talk with me. She came in an hour after the set appointment, was short with me when I asked questions, and instead of providing guidance or proactive care, she gave me a prescription for a cream that I mentioned based on my minimal lack of knowledge. Further, she failed to share some of the drawbacks to using this prescription for an extended period of time and rushed out of the room. Even worse, when I went to fill the prescription, she instructed her office to send the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. There has never been any follow-up from her office and it has been over 6 months. I attended Hopkins for school and was embarrassed and disappointed by the entire experience.

She was very thorough and made sure to check in with me and ensure I understood everything. Made herself available to answer questions even after the appointment. Great bedside manner, I would highly recommend.

Most stupid doctor. She explain what disease is and look at her assistant. relationship stupid and has an accent. Very bad at speaking English and looking at your problem. I'd have gave her 0 or -100

I was very impressed with Dr González. She was very interested in my case, discussed with my GP, and finally prescribed a cream and pills. She was very personal with very good bedside manners. I sent couple friends to her and they loved her service

I went to see her for a problem I have had for several years. She spent a total of 3 -4 minutes in the exam room and didn't even talk to me directly. She just rambled on to her medical assistant and then left. Even as I tried to ask questions, she continued to go on and on. She just prescribed me 4 medications without even checking if that was something I was okay doing. If you want an impersonal doctor who acts like robot, this is your girl. If you want someone who truly cares, go elsewhere.
