My issue is with the person who does appt/scheduling. My wife went to see Dr. Koro(7-01-2020) and everything was fine until she had to go get tested for covid19 because she needed a procedure done. We get to the place for testing, but now comes the problem. Apparently, the person (Jessica)filling in for the normal scheduler, does not know how to do her job!!! My wife repeatedly called Dr. Koro's office for them to fax the paperwork needed for her to get tested. The lady said she did fax it, but the testing place did not receive it. The lady not once apologized and was snappy towards my wife. After almost 2hrs of waiting on Dr Koro's office to fax it to the correct people, we left. My wife was very upset and I for one wanted to go to the Dr Koro's office and settle this. My wife said no, don't. The incompetence of this employee is mind boggling. I expect this from a fast food worker, not a college educated nurse. Maybe she(Jessica) is better off working at McDonald's.

Dr Koro is compassionate and kind yet direct and straightforward. I have had numerous horrible experiences with doctors but feel I am listened to and respected by Dr Koro. When I am frustrated with nurses and aides and miscommunication because everyone is overworked in the medical field lately, Dr Koro's calmness eases my frustration.

Very kind and knowledgeable; pursued follow up with referred physicians during post-hurricane to ensure that I did not get lost in the chaos of patients who had lost appointments
