Dr. Nabil Srouji, MD

Dr. Srouji is great at what he does and he cares about the patients well being. You may have to wait a little while to get to the exam room, but this is because he is working with other patients. This wait time is okay with me for the level of care I receive.

Dr. Srouji did 6 surgeries on my left eye. It could have been only one surgery but I kept accidentally hitting my head which messed up the doctor's amazing work. He listened to what I had to say & he always explained what he would be doing during surgery. His surgical team were amazing professionals who were very kind & thorough.

Throughout the visits the past few years with Dr. Srouji taking care of my husbands eye situations with bleeding behind the retina due to diabetes, and my check ups from a cataract surgery by another doctor that didn't go well, I've always found him to be very professional, very skilled and pleasant. I highly recommend him.

My appt today 6/07/16, was 3:00 PM. This was an appt that had been rescheduled by Dr. Srouji Office from 5/17/16. Was informed, I had an outstanding balance of $125.87. I had sent a $50.00 check on 5/13/16, informed the receptionist of having done so, and couldn't pay the remaining balance today, I would have to continue making payments because I had just lost my husband. I was denied my appt, if I didn't pay in full today! Money is more important to this Dr than the well being of his patients.

Although his staff was nice, he was very hurried and abrupt. My mom was told that she was losing her sight by her primary eye dr. It was a new diagnosis and she was very scared. He didn't spend any time with my mom. He didn't give her any instruction about her disease or her prognosis. I asked for the nurse about her prognosis, what was going on. Someone wrote out the diagnosis on her paper when we left. Neither of them gave her or me any education. It was more like running cattle through

Excellent doctor, he will take the time to answer all you questions and explain everything to you. He spoke to my wife and I before and after the surgery. He personally called me the day of surgery to check on me before leaving the office. All his staff is very helpful and polite. One of his staff members stayed late to get me pain medication at the pharmacy. Pharmacy didn't have first medication. You could not ask for a better doctor or staff members. I highly recommend him to anyone.

He's very personable, and has always taken good care of me. I appreciate him very much.

Dr. Srouji is a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. He exceeded our expectations and we would recommend him to others. Extremely pleased with him and his staff. Dr. Srouji was willing to take as much time as need to ensure are questions were answered.
