Would give zero stars if I could
A joke of a doctor. Staff are HORRIBLE , they cancelled my appointment months ago and never had rescheduled, I call back because I’m still facing the same issues and the staff tried to say I was a no show and blamed it on me , now she is refusing to see me WHEN ITS A MISTAKE SHE MADE! They literally made me appointment on a day they are closed.. Please take your mental health issues elsewhere as she’ll only make them worse. Who does she think she is seriously… ridiculous

Is your time is important. My office visits averaged less than 10 min, after waiting an average of an hour plus. Is compassion important to you? This Dr. let me run out of meds ang go through 2 weeks of horrible withdrawal symptoms, because I didn't have $10 bucks. She charges $10 bucks to call in a script, and I was broke at the end of the month. A compassionate person would have wrote the script, and let me catch up when my social security check cleared. My last appt. was by phone, and a next appt. was not offered. I certainly won't go here again.

Staff is rude, condescending, and lack professionalism that one would expect from a drs office. They don’t call back when they say they are going to. The patient is always wrong even when they are right. Your apt time is 30-50 minutes before you will ever see the dr. Don’t get there early, you’ll just sit longer. Dr. is very nice and helpful but I would rather find one with better patient relations.

Worst therapeutic environment of any office I have ever entered. Staff were rude to each other as well as to patients. In addition, my scheduled appointment was 6th in line when I arrived early, meaning I would have likely waited several hours (according to staff), which wasn’t discussed during initial scheduling.

I was in a coma when I had my initial appointment scheduled. I called to reschedule and was told that the doctor would have to decide whether or not she would still take me since I missed my appointment. Her office did not call back. I called two days later and was told she hadn't responded. I then called 8 days later and was told that if she hadn't responded within 24 hours she declined. She was not professional enough to have a call made to me to tell me.
