Dr. Nadeem Jamil, MD

I have 25 years as a patient, he also took excellent care of my husband until he passed 12 ago. I recall Back when he did hospital rounds . I have read some reviews & I will say he is the best caring Doctor I have ever seen . He never made me feel like I am a number like Methodist Doctors do. He always listens, very carrying, I get my prescription the next day sent to my pharmacy. I trust him with my health, my medical life decisions. He is a great knowledgeable Doctor.

Dr. Jamil/staff once provided attentive & thoughtful care. On my first visit, I had on heels & they even offered to go to buy tennis shoes so I could do my stress test. Now, prescriptions are often delayed, incorrect, or messages re refills go unanswered. I think word got out that he was a great doctor - kind, not rushed, and attentive. However, the growth has seemingly affected the strength of this team. Employees seem to come and go, I spend too much time getting prescriptions filled properly and on time, and whether or not messages get delivered is "iffy". Now, with ADHD medication in such short supply, I am spending a lot of time locating a pharmacy that has the medication, getting the information to this provider, waiting for days, then finding out that the pharmacy has already sold out. (Repeat.) Then I am advised that I have to come in for another check-up to get my Rx. I just don't feel like I matter as a patient. PS: don't pay via their online system; it isn't well tracked.

This medical staff sucks. After over two weeks of voice mails and emails from me and my pharmacy, I have yet to get a prescription refilled or speak to anyone on the staff. They just ghost you! Please do yourself a favor and find yourself a deferent doctor that respects your time and money. My rating for Dr Jamil's staff is ZERO!

I have been seeing Dr. Jamil (or Woodlands Internists) for approximately 10 years. Apparently they are unable to keep up with medications necessary for their patients. I've been taking almost the same mediation for the time I have been seeing him, with adjustments from another doctor, connected with Houston Methodist. My chart there shows EVERY SINGLE MEDICATION I take and still shows some old that I do not take anymore. It is readily available on mychart, which, all physicians I see are connected this way. However,it has taken Dr. Jamil to fill my 3 month prescriptions because, inexplicably, ignorantly, and unexplainably, he or his staff, did not KNOW that I am prescribed p3rcocet for my pancreatitis pain. This information IS IN MY CHART! They, eventually, today, four days after my initial prescription/check-up. I was told that they we NOT knowledgeable about my full prescription list. 4 days later I still do not have my prescription correct and I cannot reach them because it is the

Difficult to get call backs, refills, referrals and authorizations. Can NEVER talk to a staff member. Only voice mail. Little or no explanation for test results. Does Not communicate well with patients.

Does not return calls. Getting AUTHORIZATIONS & REFERRALS takes weeks. Nothing done in a timely manner. Does NOT give patients information they need.

My primary care doctor. Attentive, listens, takes the time to hear the entire problem.

Dr. Jamil has been our doctor for 15 years. Thru anything medical that has happened to our family, Dr. Jamil is there. We have had some hospital stays with broken bones etc and even though Dr. Jamil was not apart of that surgery etc, he still added us to his rounds as well as phoning us to check up on us. Dr. Jamil is not only the best doctor ever, he also cares about each of his patients on a personal level. Thank GOD above for this incredibly talented Doctor! Dan & Kim Moynahan

I first meet Dr. Jamil and his lovely nurse Karen during my EHE exam. He is now my primary provider. He has excellent bedside manner which is demonstrated by his active listening, empathy and friendly approach. I never feel rushed when I see him and there is a calmness to his practice. He worked with me to devise a plan to better my health. I am lucky to have him and Karen as my health coaches, they are a diamond in the rough. I feel the best I have ever felt in a long time.
