Insensitive and irresponsible people. The distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine is horrible. They are exceeding their capacity (overbooking) and cannot vaccinate patients at their scheduled time. My mother’s appointment has been canceled 3 times during the las 2 months. She is 93 years old.

His practices are horrible. Every time I visit, whether in person or through telemedicine, I either have to wait for over an hour, reschedule because they're too busy to meet during my scheduled appointment time, or they hang up on me when calling. During my telemedicine appointment I could hear & see Dr. Moaven meeting with another patient. Their results, health issues, etc. were not confidential as I could hear everything. When he was backed up, I had to meet with another doctor, and I explained I was having prolonged side effects from a prescription and she didn't even know what that drug was used for or why I was even meeting with Dr. Moaven. This is the most unprofessional practice I've ever been to.

Dr. Moaven has terrible bedside manner. They always over book, I have waited for over two hours to be seen. They send you for unnecessary tests. What kind of doctor tells you that you are diabetic and prescribe you bydureon and doesn't tell you to monitor your sugar or anything. Come to find out that he should have prescribed met forming before putting me on an injection, if I didn't go see another doctor I could have died from low blood sugar. He only cares for money not patients.

Doctors at the Belleville location are fine... The staff is only interested in making appts... Prescriptions are ALWAYS called in wrong...messages to Dr's are never returned...wait time WITH an appointment can be anywhere from 1 to 2 1/2 hours(not kidding). Staff is probably told to triple book so they can herd patients in... I've even had to wait when my Dr took a visit from a pharmaceutical rep who was just passing by(around 45 minutes of them chatting... finding a new Dr...
