Dr. Nadia Mileo, MD

Went for anual Pap smear i had to wait for two hours! Ridiculous and asked staff when will be a good time, they said is the same every day, they book appointments from 8 and doctor comes at 9!Second they never call me for my pap smear result I have to call them after 3 week to find out that i have to do another one!Third she send me the order for monogram never call me for results ! already past 4 weeks! If you are a new patience go to another practice! They book a lot of people for money no time no follow up nothing!

My 20-year old daughter's experience with Dr. Mileo was horrific. My daughter came to her to get help and treatment, but instead she was shamed, scolded, and judged by a doctor. Dr. Mileo has tendency to put her own values and beliefs on the clients as she advised my daughter to go to gym instead of having sex and compared her with "all these Miami girls who end up with abortions". She also told my daughter that she'd better have sex with a father of her future kids. When I ( as an upset mother) had a conversation with Dr. Mileo, she told me that my daughter had "more than enough partners to get STDs", even though my daughter told the doctor that she had a couple of sexual relationships. It is not a doctor's place at all to suggest how many partners ones should have or not! After her visit, my daughter was devastated and hysterically crying in a car in the parking lot. She left a doctor's office ashamed and humiliated. Don't ever let your daughters go to Dr.Mileo. Unprofessional !!!

Doctor Nadia Mileo is amazing! She is my doctor for more then 11 years ! Not only that she is taken great care of my health , but is lovely to speak with at every appointment! Is hard to find a doctor that has such a great personality to combine a personal touch and care for a patient as a person with an outstanding quality of medical care I highly recommend becoming her patient ! I have seen Dr. Mileo through my third pregnancy and I have been so impressed. She is thorough, caring, intelligent and organized. Her staff is wonderful and I always feel “at home” at my visits. The office is clean and comfortable and gorgeous! I would highly recommend Dr.Mileo!

I had a great experience with Dr. Mileo, and her team at OB/GYN By the Sea North. I am so happy to have found this practice. With cancer being in my family, I am extra cautious and nervous about all health issues, and Dr. Mileo was so thorough and made me fee very secure. She is patient and took the time to cover all of the bases, getting me in on the same day for an ultrasound, checking for the BRCA gene, checking my hormones, everything! Eileen, one of the nurse practitioners, is also fantastic. She has a lot of compassion, and is very patient and professional. Rosi was very kind when taking my blood, as I tend to faint. She made it a very pleasant and easy experience. Michelle, who did my ultrasound also had a great bedside manner, and was informative and helpful. It is an all-around great practice!

Dr. MILEO is nice and very knowledgeable. She treats me with kindness and respect. She is so sweet! She is one of a kind and I am extremely happy that I had chosen her as my doctor. Her office staff are very nice and welcoming.

I have been seeing Dr. Nadia Mileo for more than two years and had the great experience with her. She is very kind, professional, and will take her time sit with you to answer your questions. She is very knowledgeable. The waiting time might be longer, and I think this is because the doctor really dedicates a lot of time to her patients. Just make sure to be prepared to wait or call the office and tell them you have to get in on time. I highly recommend this doctor!

Nadia Mileo and her team are super helpful and so personable! The office girls are wonderful and always seem like they are enjoying their work and each other. They make you feel like family. When I came in for the first time with my 1 year old, after finding out I was expecting again, she called for one of the nurses to babysit so I could relax and focus on the visit. She delivered my first child and was sensitive to my needs and the baby’s. I am looking forward to this next pregnancy with her!

I had a UTI this past week and the office at OBGYN By the Sea squeezed me in the day I called them. They made time for me and that showed that they care. Dr. Mileo was thorough and took her time with me and the office checked back with me about the antibiotics I was taking. Very impressed with them.

The staff is very helpful and welcoming and Dr Mileo I said caring and really cares about her patients. It was my first appointment but definitely not my last!

The most caring doctor you will ever meet. She is truly a blessing to women. The people who wrote other reviews here sound like bitter for maybe not getting what they want like spoiled brats. I've been to her office many times and have interacted with previous patients who love her and enjoy coming to be seen by her. I highly recommend her.

Tried to shame me for requesting STD testing. Grossly misinformed about STDs. Recommended not getting test for HSV2 & questioned why I would want to know. I told her that it was important to know so that I could inform my partner, she told me "there is no cure, so why bother? What are you going to do if you test positive?" She also told me "85% of people have it anyway". Wrong - many people have HSV1, not HSV2. Also made a joke about using rusty instruments during my Pap smear. Terrible!

Dr Mileo is a wonderful, caring, and thorough physician and I recommend her to everyone. Go to her!

Nearly killed me misdiagnosed me and ended up in another hospital in acute distress required immediate surgery
