not willing to listen but very impatient to leave
She was impatient and couldn't wait to leave the room with my questions unanswered, won't return. Total waste of money to see her.

Outstanding and only outstanding
I find it ridiculous anyone would ever give dr .Zaki anything but praise . N9t every doctor you feel did everything and more to help and that's what dr. Nadia Zaki does. We have probably met 10xs total and she will always be a Saint for what she did for me...they don't have the stars to truly show how great she is...

Office Staff is Horrible
I have been seeing Dr. Zaki since last year and although I really like her, her office staff is awful. I wouldn't bother with this office as no one knows what is going on nor are they helpful. I tried to pay my co pay for a Telehealth appt a day early as I too work healthcare and cannot always get to my phone and wanted to make sure it was paid for, and the rude receptionist said there was confusion, and they could not take my money till the day of the appointment. They also could not give me a more direct answer when it came to my Telehealth appointment. This office hires uneducated children to do their work. I work healthcare and I am appalled as to how I was talked to. I will be letting everyone I know including every provider and their staff know how horrible this office is and to not bother with any referrals.

Don't waste your time!
Don't waste your time! I told her my problems all started after taking Cipro and Levaquin. I told her last visit to please research Fluoroquinolone Toxicity before my next visit. She told me today that all the FDA told her was it causes possible tendon ruptures. I said well if you read the black box warnings and side effects it can cause panic and anxiety, irreversible central nervous system damage and peripheral neuropathy and that evolves nerves so you're a neurologist how can you help? She went on telling me she listens to the FDA notices she gets. So I said you don't want to research how this medicine affects nerves and try to help me and I got a stern no! She said there's other doctors that research the effects of Pharmaceutical drugs and to find one of them and if I have any luck and get some good info let her know! Definitely not a good doctor!

Dr Nadia Zaki is not bad, but not the best either. She seemed like she was in a hurry to get out of the room. Didn’t really explain things well, didn’t seem like she’d like to listen to my concerns. If I had read these reviews, I would’ve found someone else. Thankfully my condition isn’t anything serious. Office staff is pleasant though.

Excellent, she listens to my symptoms and concerns. She ordered my medical tests and I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Since going to dr Zaki I have improved health and I’m off all meds. I would highly recommend dr Zaki to anyone seeking a neurologist.

Great Visit. Have had neck issues for years. Dr Zaki quickly recognized the issue and in a short period of time I've felt better than I have in 25 years.

what a waste of my time. ARROGANT, in a hurry. sleep study test for no reason , never looked at previous records I came in with, told me the medications I was on ( by previous doctors, that are not neurologists ) was not good and I should come off them. I did as she said and I'm left with tremors / seizures day and night. A know it all who doesn't know how to help a patient .

Dr Zaki is impersonal and rushed. She doesn't seem to want to answer questions and confronts her staff in front of patients, leaving everyone except her feeling uncomfortable. I do not recommend her and her appointment with me has caused me to seek out an alternative opinion.

Visit made for one issue and she continued to push for a sleep study. Even when I told her that was not what I was here for. She again told me to complete the sleep study and we could work on the other stuff next month when I return. ?? What? I wasted three hours of my day to see a Physician who did not have a clue about my condition. Wish I was told that when I made the appointment.

Far from the best neurologist I’ve had. I felt like a number, not a patient, yet she wanted to see me every 3 or 6 months. Same thing over and over again; just an office fee so I could have my meds. Too long of waits. Sometimes within 20 min to once 2 hours! I can talk to anyone and I felt awkward around her. Never tested my levels when she should because my new doctor said even with my medication the levels are so wide, we like to test see how you feel so we’re not under or over medicated.

Dr. Zaki and her staff have been absolutely wonderful. My Dad had dementia and not only was she understanding, she assisted me in caring for him. Of all the professionals that I have dealt with for my two aging parents, she was the most straightforward. Thanks to her and her helpful staff.

Dr Zaki diagnosed me with peripheral neuropathy. My condition worsened and I ended up in the hospital. She stopped by to see me. She seemed annoyed. She spent about 3 minutes with me and told me to breath through the pain. My pain was excruciating. She suggested a sleep study. I left Dr Zaki's practice. My next neurologist discovered 3 lesions on my cervical spine. I also discovered my initial symptoms were classic of NMO. I definitely had transverse myelitis and possible NMO. CNS diseases.

The wait here was always over 2 hours past my appointment time. The doctor never wanted to listen to what I had to say. She orders a sleep test at her sleep center for every patient no matter what they are there to see her for. She then diagnoses every patient with sleep apnea and orders a cpap machine to cure everything. The worst part is she wrote that we discussed things about my health that she never once mentioned to me. I only found out this was in my chart because I went online to view my

1 star is generous. .I've been going to dr zaki for a few years now and everytime I leave I tell myself I need a new doctor. The office is a mess from their computer systems to their staff. Wait times are always extended 30 min to an hour and oh well you just have to wait us theor attitude. Very disorganized, they very quickly collect your co pay though even before they tell you you will be waiting for an hour. This time was my last time dealing with this office staff and doctor.

Challenges with this office at every visit. Their patient portal has both incorrect and incomplete records for me. Dr Zaki did an exam but didn't take time to listen and interrupted when I was talking. The staff did not provide next steps or follow up, I had to ask for everything. They scheduled and confirmed a sleep study but didn't show up and can't reschedule for several weeks because they are changing equipment.
