Would Recommend
I have had Dr Haynes for several years. She is extremely pleasant. She makes me feel like we are a team when it comes to my health. If I have questions she always answers them. If I have concerns about a medication, she gives me options and we talk about it.

Doesn't Care for Sick Patients
I called stating that I was sick and needed to see the doctor as soon as possible. I asked if they had any openings the same day.. No. I asked about the next day.. No. "We're booked until the end of June." (more than a month away) I understand being busy with patients. But if one of your patients calls and is suffering from sickness, at least try and fit them into your schedule. THEY'RE SICK! It's been 3 days and I'm still suffering with a double ear ache, sore throat, chest and head filled with mucus. These people didn't even bother to ask for the symptoms and possible treatment. Horrible practice if this is how you treat your patients. I won't be back, nor my family.

Dr. Haynes is awesome! She made me feel comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. I’m sad that she left the office because now I have to find out where she relocated to so that I can continue to see her.

I've been a patient of Dr. Haynes for about three years. I find her to be a good listener, efficient with her recommendations and diagnoses, and personable. The clinic needs better support staff (or maybe additional staff), but I like Dr. Haynes very well.

She is aggressive and makes the patient feel like they are to blame when it comes to their own office lacking to get things in order, referrals for instance. She also makes the patient feel like they are bothering her if they ask questions. She is horrible and I feel sorry for any one who can't be their own advocate, or feel like they can't speak up bc of an educated bulldog who clearly cares more about pushing patients through the door for money than treating them like actual people. Horrid.

Better off going to a walk-in clinic. She was ok in the past, she is not very confident about her decisions, and will refer you out for the slightest reasons, but lately she is acting strange, two weeks ago, she was flustered, putting her hands in the air, saying I don't know what's wrong with you, I don't know. I left her office with a untreated dbl ear infection, I could have gone deaf in just 1 week if I had not gotten help the next day. I now have a new primary Dr.

The facility was filthy. The staff was rude. The nurse that came out to get me was cursing and banging on her computer. Dr. Haynes lacked confidence and was unsure of herself the entire time she was in the room with me. I would NEVER recommend this doctor or faculty to anyone. The facility reminded me of a Kmart that hasn't been updated or cleaned since the mid 90s. My vet is cleaner than that place. Good luck if you go there. And I had to wait 30 minutes when there were NO other patients there.

I am new to the Delaware area, I tried making an appointment with Dr. Gupta. who lost my medical records after they were transferred from Baltimore. As compared to other doctors in the area doctor Haynes did not require prior medical history before I could make an appointment. My appointment was made very quickly, within 1 business day. She was attentive and offered knowledgeable advice. She is genuinely concerned with her patients' wellness. he didn't disregard my personal concerns.
