Excellent Physician
Was seen at the Albemarle NC Wound Care facility. Excellent experience. Dr. Lettman-Carswell is a professional of the highest order, as was the RN Toni. One of the best run Artrium facilities I have been to, and I have been to quite a few.

Dr. Carswell was rude and dismissive, did not listen to my description of my symptoms and did not diagnose my medical problem. She kept me and other patients waiting while she took an extended meal break, then refused to perform an essential diagnostic test. She even attempted to "hard sell" me a test I didn't need.
