I did not get the best news, something nobody wants to hear, Dr. Jean embraced me as I was extremely upset and I felt comforted and supported by her. It meant a lot. Thank you Dr. Jean. I felt less alone with your sympathy.

After many years with the same doctor, I had to switch twice since 2020. This was my second annual check up with Dr Jean and I am happy with her. She is attentive, reviewed my chart and asked questions. She answered all my questions and followed up on an issue from last year that I was going to bring up myself. I didn't have a lot of time with her, but it wasn't rushed and it was sufficient. She seems knowledgeable and thorough and I really don't have anything negative to say.

Very personable and sat down to talk to me. Also reviewed my file before she walked into the room, which many doctors can’t be bothered doing. I appreciate that she didn’t make me feel like “she’s just doing her job”

The Office and waiting room were clean, bright, and welcoming. I was seen right away. Dr. Jean and her staff put me at ease, treated me with warmth and respect, and answered my questions clearly. My test results came within the week. I would recommend Dr. Jean to anyone. My only small complaint is that one of her receptionists wore her face mask under her nose, a bad example.

The wait room is very clean and posted signs demonstrate their commitment to social distancing. The wait time was appropriate in relation to my appointment, maybe 10 minutes or so. The highlight of my visit was Dr. Jean, herself. With her warm and down-to-earth demeanor, I felt comfortable immediately. She was patient, asked in depth questions, listened intently and addressed every concern I mentioned. The exam was comfortable and Dr. Jean explained everything she was doing in real time. I’m beyond impressed and glad to have her as my doctor.

My first visit with Dr. Jean was more than I had expected. She took time and explained what would be best in my circumstance. She is very competent and confident and assured me I was in the right place. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for her specialty.

Dr. Jean is incredible, not only does she take care of my health but she is also very Knowledgeable, sensitive and informative. I immediately feel at ease and feel confident in receiving my expert medical care. Staff is great, too. She is lovely to speak with at every appointment. I always walk away very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!
