I’ve been prescribed a multitude of acne medication combinations over the last 10 years so coming here I had questions and concerns but when I voiced them he was extremely rude and short with me. I was trying to discuss my history and what he was prescribing me but insisted I was arguing with him and he wasn't willing to listen to my concerns. I needed help understanding and he was annoyed and slammed the door on his way out, spoke with me for about 3 minutes. Mostly talking down to me.

I went to Pacific Dermatology in Corona to see this Doctor for my skin problems. For a 3.30 appointment the Doctor finally saw me at 4.30 with no apology for the wait of course! Dr Saied is the most ARROGANT Doctor there can ever be in this Customer Service environment. He responded to my concerns with a dismissive attitude and referred me to the Cosmetic Center which is run by the same Pacific Dermatology. I was discharged in 7 minutes with no treatment being offered ...
