Don’t go here for an annual exam/routine physical if you are expecting for it to be covered by insurance. Even if your preventative visits are 100% deductible waived, this office has a $150 office visit charge (specific to this clinic) that insurance will not cover. I would have appreciated if they let me know about this charge ahead of time (and I even specifically asked about any additional office specific charges/fees at the time of booking the appointment), but they did not. Everyone knows that routine physicals are fully covered by insurance, and the receptionist tried to convince me otherwise. I even called my insurance provider and they confirmed this was an office specific fee, thus not covered by insurance. Honestly really disappointing I was looking forward to finally having a physical, it has been nearly impossible to get one. Don’t go here.
