Dr ahmad has called me fat and that I seem like a complainer. I told her about a hernia, a neck and back injury, and a fractured ankle and she said I seem like a complainer, my issues were ignored. I have neuropathy from a spine injury, and have more issues than when i can't to ger and she has ignored me. She didn't vall me back for 3 weeks when my mom died and when she did call and i asked her for something for my nerves, she said 'aren't you over it yet' i said my mom dying, ummm no. Plus she didn't give me any thing for anxiety. She treats me like im stupid and don't know my own body. She charges my insurance for appointments and procedures that weren't done. She doesn't call with test results even though she gets them all and doesn't really do her job. I go to urgent care and get treated better than the doctor I've had since 2021. Very sad

Visited once. Never again.
I visited this office as a first time patient for an earache. Her NP came into my room, asked me questions about my medical history and examined my ear. She then said that Dr. Ahmad would be in shortly to see me. As I waited, I scanned over the room and discovered that the instrument used to examine my ear was CRUSTED with earwax from previous examinations. Absolutely disgusting. I was ready to get up and walk out right then and there however I decided to wait, knowing that I would never come back to this facility no matter how great the doctor was. I waited over an hour and a half for Dr. Ahmad to finally make her appearance after the NP said the doc would be right with me just for her to ask me the same exact questions as the NP. A complete waste of my time, I should’ve left after the abhorrent condition of the ear instrument but I knew I’d be charged for the office visit anyway so I stayed to find out if my ear needed medication to treat, which it didn’t. Would NOT recommend.

Best doctor
I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors

I called and had an appointment with Dr. Ahmad at 10am. Called them as I was instructed to do when I got to the office because of the Covid virus. They came out and directed me to enter the building and took me to an exam room. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the nurse to come and get some basic information. Turned out the doctor was not there. They told me she might be back by 10:30 if she is not delayed because she was at the hospital. Of course I said what the deal I had a 10am appointment and she's not even here? And maybe she will be here at 10:30 if she is not delayed? Sorry But I'm not going to wait around to see if she will show up MAYBE at 10:30 so I left. MAYBE she thinks her time is more important than mine but I beg to differ. I would not recommend her because of this.

I have visited twice so far, and each time was a pleasant experience. Reasonable wait time and friendly staff. Dr. Ahmad herself is knowledgeable and attentive. She was efficient with my checkup, accommodated my questions with ease, and had a wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend to a friend.

I was a patient of Dr Ahmad for almost 20 yrs. Since then the office has become dirty, the wait times incredibly longer and now the last straw. Dr Naila Ahmad regularly schedules her first patients to be seen at 10AM, knowing fully well that she does not arrive until 11 or often 1130. The receptionist reluctantly admitted this was true and then replied, "It happens everyday, how do you think we feel". I will tell you how I feel, I will not pay any doctor to disrespect my time and concerns!

I have been seeing Dr. Ahmad for 6 years and shes a very sweet lady. However recently she has got some new staff in that are so rude and inconsiderate that im really thinking about switching my primary doctor. These people do not call you back and not give the dr messages. I am on meds that i cant go without and with this new staff the quality of my care has degraded severely. They treat me like im aI scum. And even talked down to me about my meds in front of everyone in the waiting room.
