Disheartening
It’s sad when you get a provider that is negligent in your care and does not listen to your concerns. It’s unfortunate because I have seen many other reviews saying she does not listen to concerns and should’ve listened. I am now suffering from a diagnosis that had she toook my concerns seriously there could’ve been early intervention and it would not have gotten this bad.

I Absolutely Love My Physician Dr.Naila Khurshid
Dr. Naila Khurshid you mean so much to me we met at my first visit over 11 years ago there was a host of other physicians and staff in the office that day in Naperville however, out of them all you stood out with kindness, politeness, poise, and professionalism and when it was time to make my follow up appointment that day I asked, the receptionist if I could be your patient. I was told that you’re at Downers Grove location as well therefore, my next visit was at Downers. It was totally inviting, nice office, friendly staff and of course Yourself. Your heart always reflected caring and love for others, full of wisdom, knowledge, beautiful demeanor always well dressed. You ask questions and give answers, allow others to do the same. Being a patient so long, there was a time or two when I slid a relationship and girly question in, you answered and I felt better. I absolutely love you and grateful for you.Thank you, for all your years of commitment, compassion as a Physician who cares

Dr. Khurshid has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. During this time, she has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions. Her treatment plan has always addressed my ailments. She thoroughly explained her treatment plan and what the expected outcome should be. Her staff has willing and able to schedule an appointment in short order when necessary.

more stable support for Doctor
Doctor is attentive during visit. Listens to the concerns and answers in a comprehensive manner. She does not hestitate to refer to another doctor if felt the concerns/conditions are out of her scope. Her honesty is appreciated. She has shown respect to patients of all ages. She is patient and allows time for a thorough visit.

Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.
Doctor cleary and repeatedly comes to appointments unprepared to recall a patient's past, major issues such as heart attacks or falls. Her office has either no administrative help or incompetent administrative help handling appointments, (not) returning phone calls, or confirming the doctor's orders. Find anyone else to manage your health care. She is knowledgeable but not someone you should trust with your health.

Listens, caring, attentive, and responsive ...
I have been seeing Dr. Khurshid several years. She is very attentive and pleasant. She encourages building a doctor/patient relationship. She is understanding and not judgmental. She follows through and has even personally called me at home with a concern. Her office is not fancy, but her receptionist is organized and accommodating. She will give you the direct line to the office so you don't have to deal with automated answering. She will fit you into the schedule when you need her. She has a kindly demeanor, and has been willing to listen. She wants to be part of your healthcare and give personal service. I have been thankful for choosing her.

THIS DOCTOR IS CAUTIOUS IN THE INITIAL VISITS, ONCE SHE HAS CONFIRMED YOUR MEDICAL CLAIMS, DONE HER OWN EXAMINATION, SHE MAKES HER DECISION ON WHAT SHE WELL PRESCRIBE, OR NOT PRESCRIBE. SHE PROVIDED ME WITH A (BETA BLOCKER) FOR HIGH Bp. A WELL KNOWN ONE, I NEEDED DESPERATELY. SOME OTHER DOCTORS WERE RELUCTANT TO DO SO. SHE MADE THE RIGHT CALL. I NO LONGER FEEL LIKE SOMEONE "JUST KNEED ME IN THE CHEST". SHE ALSO MADE SURE OTHER ISSUES WERE PROPERLY ADDRESSED.

Dr Khurshid saved my life when I was anemic, she saw the signs in my office, got me the right care immediately; personally called me to follow up on this and any other issues I've had over the years. I found her kind of randomly and I really like her. Extensive medical knowledge and she does care. Her main office person is nice; I do have a long wait usually so I'm not in love with that as I already drive far to see her, but what are you gonna do? I'm not switching.

I wouldn't know what kind of doctor she is because when I called her office to set up an appointment they told me they aren't dealing with medicaid, despite the fact that she was my assigned physician. The receptionist promptly hung up on me before I could ask a question

This is ridiculous. The people there are clearly incompetent of doing their job. I seriously cannot wait to get a new doctor. I am sick of dealing with all this attitude that I get from the rest of the staff there. I have never written a bad review for any product or service so when I say my experience is bad, it really is. Do not go to Dr. Khurshid. I had to post multiple descriptions bc it didn't all fit in one. Again, I am reffering to Downers Grove location and the staff there.

Dr. Kurshid and all 3 of the So-called Internist who work out of this group, are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They all prescribe very basic and way too aggressive medications, especially for the elderly! Dr. Kurshid hardly ever wants to speak on the telephone with patients or the elderly patients, younger, more mentally competent care-givers/Healthcare Powers of Attorneys. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR AND HER 2 PARTNERS FROM THIS OFFICE, AT ALL COSTS OF YOUR LIVES!!!

Dr. Khurshid is a wonderful Doctor and human being. She listens to you. She asks questions. Not this 10 minutes and throw you out of the office. The office space, size and decor is not under her control. That is another doctor's space.
