She emphasizes wellness and provides helpful feedback. She considers the whole person, not just the current complaint. The front office staff could be more cordial and helpful in explaining office procedures and policies.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mattai's since she opened for business. I recently called and made an appointment to see her. A few hours later, I received a call back from her office saying that my appointment was cancelled and they would no longer let me in as a patient. They told me because I hadn't seen her in over 3 years, they were dropping me as a patient, without cause and without notice. A few days later, I spoke to the office manager, Claudia, who confirmed with the me that Dr. Mattai is dropping me as a patient. I am shocked. Now I have to scramble around and find a new doctor.

Dr Mattai is the best doctor I have ever been to see. She always takes the time to discuss what is going on clearly. She is a great doctor when it comes to listening she always keeps it simple. I have been seeing her for over 5 years and never had a problem getting in to see her when I was really sick.

I've been going to Dr. Mattai's office for years. I am her priority when I am there. She takes her time to explain things and answer any questions.

Don't expect a call back regardinh your test results when they're sitting on her desk.
