Fixed my thyroid and my hormones
This woman. This doctor. She is something else. With her background in traditional western medicine, she gets the frustration of trying for year to find the root cause of a thyroid issue from doctors who only know how to test TSH. Add Nancy's experience in functional medicine and her interest and insistence on finding the root cause, and you get... well, miracles. Dr. Brown is no-nonsense and direct. She gets things done and she expects you to do the same. If you want an active partner in regaining your health, this doctor is probably right for you.

Best dr for MCAS and chronic illness
With Dr Brown, I finally feel like I have a good diagnosis and a clear healing path forward. She presents the path in a step by step methodical way to get me where I need to go. I've been working with her for a few months now and am seeing improvement already. I'm certainly feeling better! Dr Brown specializes in people with chronic Lyme, MCAS, histamine reactions, mold and other chronic illnesses other doctors don't know how to treat let alone diagnose. I've been sick since 2010 and have done a lot of healing, but I haven't been able to heal completely. I can't tolerate medication or supplements and during the first session Dr Brown very quickly was able to pinpoint my issues root causes. I now know excipients are causing a lot of my issues and already have seen my reactions change with this simple knowledge from her! Dr Brown is exceptional with educating me what is going on. I feel her compassionate energy and desire to truly help me. She has excellent traditional medical training

Dr. Brown misdiagnosed me - I had a closed-head injury - with Lyme Disease (she tends to see health problems through this lens). This is a SERIOUS mistake that someone with medical training should not have made. I cannot recommend her for this reason.

Dr. Brown recognized that I had been struggling with Lyme disease and an autoimmune disorder after I'd seen many doctors who missed it. She has helped me go from not being able to work to being able to work full time. I am so grateful to her!

Dr. Nancy Brown is a great doctor. Lately Dr. Brown has an employee named Lynn who answers all emails. She is not a respectful or polite. Very poor communication skills. I am looking for a practice where I feel listened to and respected.

Dr. Brown literally helped save my teen son's life. My son had been suffering for 5 years with symptoms including full-body tics, joint pain, depression, anxiety, and much, much more. After seeing multiple primary care providers, neurologists, internists, psychotherapists who prescribed every test imaginable, from blood tests to EEGs and MRIs, he had received incorrect and unhelpful diagnoses and treatments. Dr. Brown started treating our son last year and almost immediately tested him for Lyme

This office called to re-schedule me, in the week before and even on the DAY OF my appointment, no less than FOUR times! It was always "Dr. Brown is in Denver this day; Dr. Brown will be in "a meeting" at that time, Dr. Brown doesn't drive in snow, Dr. Brown doesn't like working on Fridays." WHAT?! We've been waiting to see a doctor for weeks; how could they not know where the doctor will be on the SAME DAY as the appointment? This is just absurd and really unprofessional.

I had a very negative experience with Dr Brown and her integrative family medicine practice! I was told they would take my insurance, but after my visit was sent a bill (as apparently they don't). She was late by almost 30 minutes for our appointment and then seemed in a rush to get me out the door. She ordered a bunch of lab tests and sold me a ton of vitamins (which she said I would need to take for the rest of my life), all with out even seeing any lab results.

This office was awful about communication. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Brown & was advised to arrive early, but wasn't seen until 20 minutes after my appt time. And it wasn't Dr. Brown, but a different doctor because it was Dr. Brown's day off (I wasn't advised of this at the time I made my appt). Then it took 2+ weeks to receive an email back about the discoloration on my ankle & I was told they didn't know what it was and I should maybe see a dermatologist. Very dissatisfied.
