From the moment that I walked into the office I was acknowledged and greeted with a happy smile, and taken care of. Just minutes after I completed signing my consents I was called to the back. I was given enough time to change and use the rest room and then I was taken to my testing room. The staff and the techs were very pleasant and helpful. I was very pleased with Dr. Ibrahim's attentiveness and professionalism. She was clear and concise with her explanation of procedure and expectations. I took notice to the interactions between Dr. Ibrahim and her tech, Kim, with how they communicated and worked together to pinpoint what they were looking for. These interactions gave me reassurance that I was in very good hands. My experience was a perfect example of what women's health should be, and above all, what all healthcare should be.
