Dr. Nancy Jagodzinski, DPM

I had four surgeries with Dr. Jagodzinksi. After the first two I felt something was off and should have trusted my gut. I had a complication after a heel spur removal that resulted in a severe heel fracture that needed to be surgically closed with hardware and bone graft, that she failed to diagnosis for over two months of weekly visits. After getting diagnosed with a heel fracture from 3 different providers it was daunting to work with her office just to get my records. Not only did it take 4 months for my records and 9 months to get my x-rays , my records were heavily edited. What Dr. Jagondzinski put me through is awful and I would never want this to happen to anybody. Please get a second and third opinion.She also did joint replacement on my big toes and I had to get revision surgery on that as well.

I saw Dr. J. and really liked her. At my initial visit, I thought I would have her do my surgery. After my visit, I contacted her office to ask about a steroid shot for the pain while I traveled. No response. Contacted them again and I was told my someone in the office that she would do it, but that I should 'GOOGLE' the side effects!! At my initial visit, she encouraged me to get a second opinion. When I requested my xrays, she wouldn't give them to me. I went for a 2nd and a 3rd opinion from highly reviewed orthosurgeons. Both told me the surgery she proposed was WRONG. Not that they wouldn't recommend it, but that it was WRONG. She has wonderful bedside manner, but please do your due diligence or you may be very sorry.

Dr. J has treated both my husband and me with professionalism, efficiency and care. She is extremely knowledgeable and has explained every part of the treatments. All solved quickly. I have recommended her to 2 friends, and they were pleased with her treatment as well.

It would highly recommend Dr. J.. she is the opitamy of professionalism, compassion, humor and effectiveness in treating foot issues, as in my case with Plantar Facciatis . Please see her for any foot matters.

As a long time patient of Dr. J, I can wholeheartedly recommend her for all of your foot and ankle issues. She explains things in easy to understand terms. She performed surgery on both of my feet which relieved quite a bit of my pain and kept me mobile for many years. I never felt rushed through any of my many appointments over the years.

After struggling for a long time with toenail complications as a result of chemo treatments, I made appointment to see Dr Jagodzinski to see what could be done. She presented a better-than-expected option which has led to a resolution to my toenail problem. She was very careful to consider my health history to ensure a safe and successful treatment plan. I want to thank Dr. Jagodzinski and her staff for providing such outstanding care with surgically repairing my foot. I was told twice by other physicians that there was nothing they could do to repair my big toe joint which had fused and subjected to arthritis. Dr. Jagodzinski educated me on care options, and I felt confident moving forward with surgery. She repaired my foot by placing a joint implant to correct the problem. I can now move my toes again and my post operative care has been nothing but a success. Her professionalism, care and empathy for her patients was truly a game changer for me! I have been going to Dr. Jagodzinzki for 3 years now. I went to her when I developed a foot infection & neither my then primary or immediate care would address it. As a diabetic I knew it couldn’t wait. She squeezed me in that very day. I have been going to her ever since 30 years of point stilettos have ruined my toenails. She does not look at me with thinly veiled contempt because of my weight like other doctors. Instead I am a person to her. She advises and works with me to address my needs overall physical problems that affect my feet

Dr. Jay is a wonderful, caring and professional podiatrist. She takes time to answer all my questions in detail. She is never in a rush and I trust her judgement pertaining to treatment options. I value her opinion and highly recommend her.

I recently had foot surgery on both feet to remove two ingrown nails, causing me pain. Dr. J was fantastic. She was super helpful and explained every step of the process to me. I was a bit nervous because I was not sure what the process would look like, but she did a fantastic job at keeping me calm and ensuring that I felt comfortable with the entire procedure. I’ve had hammer toe surgery before by an orthopedic surgeon and I’ve never been satisfied with the outcome. My toes began hammering again and I decided to go to Dr. J based on friends recommendations and they were right! My toes have never looked better and even though she called it an enhancement, I felt she did more to correct my toes than the previous surgeon and takes pride in helping people with foot issues. Her bedside manner is caring and she listens to your concerns and explains solutions.

Dr.J and staff are very professional and caring. I felt like I was in good hands since the first time I came in. I had foot surgery and it went well with no pain except for the normal healing pain which was is normal with any surgery. Dr J has a great bedside manner and I trust her totally. Definitely recommend.

I went to Dr. Nancy with an issue on the base of my big toe. She took an in-office X-ray & sent me for surgery at Rush-Copley. She did the surgery & it went well, along with all follow-up. She was awesome in all aspects. She is my third Podiatrist, so far the best!

Worst doctor. She will waste your time. I went to her for 2 years. I went through the process; inserts, ointment, shots... I finally get to the stage of surgery which in my opinion should have been done from the start. The original x-ray showed a broken bone. She claimed all broken bones don't require surgery. Nothing she did helped reduce my pain. Not only that she is doesn't really listen. She explains what she knows about the foot but doesn't listen to your past experience or past procedures. She is focused on what she knows rather than assessing the journey of the patient that may have impacted their current state. There are plenty of foot and ankle specialists. Find another one.

I was very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Jagodzinski. She was condescending and patronizing, refused to wear a mask during the height of COVID-19 when I inquired about it (defensively telling me that her office was “her home” and she didn’t need to wear a mask because it was a private place; going as far as suggesting I leave her office if I wasn’t ok with it), gave me a small bottle of medicine for a plantar wart, as well as flimsy foam foot inserts and never informed me that they would cost anything. I found out about the costs ($80 and $120, respectively) when I received a bill months later. I will never return. I would never recommend her practice to anyone.
