This doctor delete negative reviews. I CANNOT believe Nancy King even graduated from medical school. My little boy had ear infection and she insisted that was ear wax. She simply removed the ear wax and insisted the pain was from jaw? On the third visit I tried to ask for the medical opinion but the office staff made me to wait FOUR hours and my son suffered. I cried in the office desperately but they left out for lunch and no one even cared. First time in my life I saw a doctor and her staff can be so cold blood and ruthless. My son was ended up needing URGENT surgery in Columbia medical center. He already suffered three weeks of horrible pain and all others doctors expressed deep sorrow for what we experienced while this so called doctor insisted it was “earwax.” It was my darkest and hardest time in my life. I could not forget my boy woke up and cried at midnight because of pain. He consistently took pain reliever but no help. I was shocked when the Dr King insisted it was earwax w

Dr. King is amazing and thorough! I was pregnant and had a double ear infection that wasn't clearing up, even after seeing a fancy Madison Avenue ENT specialist multiple times. By contrast, Dr. King was able to diagnose and resolve my ear infection in a single visit! She walked me through a diagram of what was going on with my ears, showed me some techniques to promote drainage, and even took the time to look up a pregnancy-safe nasal spray that would help things along. She was also really well informed about certain conditions that are prevalent amongst people of Asian heritage, and screened me to rule out those issues. I will be going to her from now on for all my ENT needs!

Dr. King was great! She was very gentle and took her time explaining the procedure.

Dr. King is fantastic. I brought my kids to see her for ear pain. She had a great bedside manner with them, gentle but firm when necessary. She explained everything she was going to do so they felt safe and weren't scared. Dr. King identified the problem and clearly explained to me what we needed to do at home to treat the problem using a combination of OTC medication, warm compress and the prescribed medication. She has it all; great doctor and kind and compassionate. We couldn't ask for a better experience and will be back next time for sure. FIVE Stars!

Dr. King was straightforward and efficient but warm and approachable. I felt comfortable asking her a lot of questions and she seemed very knowledgeable. I trust her completely!

I brought my son to see Dr. King for his ears. She was warm and engaging with him. He allowed her to look in his ears, which he normally never allows any doctor to do! She was even able to keep him calm enough to remove all the earwax from both his ears. She used a big microscope to do it and has a steady hand.

Dr. King was very thorough, kind, and reassuring. I was able to make a next-day appointment, but I did have to wait a considerable time in the office. Nevertheless, I would definitely return to Dr. King if any further problems arise.

She took the time to explain everything to me, like how the ear works and why I was having my problem. She was warm and answered all my questions. I would definitely come again.

First time, Went to see Dr King this morning 2-19-2016 without a schedulded appointment. Receptioneist is kind enough to fit me in to see her. Waiting time was very reasonable providing that I have no appointment, about 45 minute. During the examination, Dr King is very patient by explainng in detail of my problems and also teaching me what to avoid and what to do when same symptoms start to arise. I do find her very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend to people with ENT issue.

Went in with broken nose dr.king told me since my nose isnt on the side of my face she wont recommend me for surgery the day of my surgery. She wasnt my primary dr. Ive never seen her until day of my schedule. She made me feel like i was attempting to get free a nose job because i have medicaid when clearly my nose is broken. I have a new appointment to start the process again at lincoln hospital ENT. To have surgery is very serious. No matter the method of payment, im sure she used pell grants!
