Excellent doc; not suited to assembly-line
We have seen Dr Krywonis for years. Superb physician. But her newer assembly-line practice does not suit us or, in our opinion, her.

I have been seeing Dr. Krywonis for 18 years. I have had faith in her as a doctor. I actually am not recommending her solely based on the awful assistants she hires since going to Epiphany. I have had multiple experiences of bad attitude. the last visit was the straw that broke the camel's back. I had 3 questions for the doctor to look at (very minor issues). Assistant said, "sorry that is too many. You need to make another appointment. So what do you want to focus on today." That is unacceptable. I should be able to be in there more than 10 minutes with the doctor...

Highly recommend..Knowledgeable, Caring
I have been to a few dermatologist in my life and most are not great at explaining your conditions. There seems there are always issues left out. But Dr Krywonis takes her time and thoroughly examines you and your concerns. She puts you at easy. She is easy to talk to and her explanations are in plain english. Most dermatologist are connected to Day Spa's or Farcical Clinics now days, which seems to make them full of Stuffy people and support staff. Not here..!! These Staff members are so helpful and kind. The whole experience was so positive!! I was dreading going but it turned out to be a great experience and I have found myself a new dermatologist. Thank you Epiphany Dermatology and Dr Krywonis.

I see Dr. Krywonis for skin checks because of having had melanoma in the past. She does extensive and careful checks and I have complete confidence in her as does my primary care doctor who recommended her. She is excellent.

I used to hold Dr. Krywonis in high regard as she was recommended to me by my in-laws and seemed thorough in her check-ups. I saw her for annual skin checks and went in when I noticed unusual lesions on my face. Unfortunately, she misdiagnosed multiple lesions on my face as 1.) sebaceous hyperplasia and 2.) dry skin. The were all cancerous. By the time we finally biopsied a site, the cancer had infiltrated the margins. I had to have the majority of an eyebrow and adjacent forehead removed. One o

Whole family seen Dr Krywonis for many years. Grandkids, adult kids and seniors. She is friendly, professional and highly skilled. We have eczema, allergies and a skin cancer or two, along with miscellaneous mysterious bumps which she reassures us won’t become problems (or addresses as needed). We see her annually for head-to-toe and intermittently as needed. Highly recommend!

Nancy is one of the best dermatologist I have met with, hands down. She doesn't waste your time, but hears you out on all of your issues and gets to the root of the problem. My problem areas on my face have cleared up 100% and if I ever have questions, Nancy and her team are quick to respond.

Calls herself "holistic" but is anything but. She doesn't address the root issue but instead prescribes medications to treat the problem. She tried to prescribe me a medication that would have interacted with meds I take for my heart... it's a good thing I checked myself before taking it. Makes you wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen, even if your appointment is in the morning. Office staff is rude if you have an issue. I feel like I wasn't adequately heard when voicing my concerns.

I would recommend Dr. Krywonis. She doesn't just look at your skin. Though she is very thorough in her skin search, she is personable and welcoming. She is super helpful about your issues. The time spent there is comfortably paced and your are not just rushed through. That said, your time is not wasted in that office. All the people involved are respectful of you and your time.

At 61 this is by far the worst experience I've had with any doctor. I believe Dr. Krywonis to be knowledgeable, but knowledge is worthless without follow through. I am 2 weeks and 4 calls to her office to get a blood draw that was to happen a couple days after my visit.
