Excellent doctor
Dr. Lee was highly recommended by my primary care doctor, is very professional, has excellent bedside manner, took her time explaining things, and was very thorough in her assessment and treatment plan. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Lee is the best. I have been going to her for years now and she always works with me, especially through my pregnancies. She has always patiently and politely answered the millions of questions I have and she really knows her stuff. I can ask very detailed questions and she always works with me. I do dislike that her office does not call to remind you of appointments but I am an adult and can handle my appointments. ;)

We travel from Laredo Tx. to San Antonio to see Dr Nancy Lee because of her great bedside manners & extensive medical knowledge. The confidence & patience’s she has in explaining and answering all our medical concerns is very reassuring. Dr. Lee & her staff always make us feel our father’s care is their priority . Good Doctors are hard to find. So when you find a GREAT Doctor that cares, It’s worth the travel.

I will never recommend her to anyone. She was not compassionate. She stuck a needle in me knowing she did not have enough medicine to deadened the area. It was extremely painful. Now I am very afraid of needles going in my throat.

Scheduling appointments have been easy, good front office experience on the phone and when greeted for an appointment. Wait time has never been excessive. Dr. Lee asks a lot of questions, was very attentive and caring, and seemed on top of addressing my issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee.

Office is very poorly run. Almost never get to talk to a person when calling, have to leave a message and calls are not returned to me or my surgeon's office. Requested medical records and signed release but office didn't send them to me, doctor said I don't need them and only sent latest visit record. Dr. did scan in office which was neg. but didn't offer an alternative and better scan. I had to do my homework and ask for it myself or my problem would not have been identified.
