Dr. Nancy Rist, MD

Dr Rist went into detail about my history and cared about me and my health. She recommended different doctors for more in depth care for me based on family history.

I am a new patient (just over a year) of Dr. Rist. I have been impressed with her thoroughness, her ability to listen and respond to my concerns, and to explain health matters in detail. I only had one difficulty and that was to get in to see her to follow up with a condition that needed attention after it hadn't been resolved. Her calendar was full for the next few days but I don't fault her (it's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). I ended up going to Urgent Care. It's the sign of the times, sadly; this happening in practices everywhere. I highly recommend Dr. Rist! Grateful to her and her helpful and friendly team.

She is thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate. I don't think I would be here if it wasn't for her unrelenting drive attentiveness and drive to find out what was wrong with me years ago. She is simply the best and I've been with her a very long time.

Very smart caring very professional

Very disappointed with their care. Called because I was having asthma problems. Would not fit me in nor would prescribe what I needed. Told me to go to urgent care. What do I need the doctor for then. I will go back to my original doctor who is an hour away but worth the trip

Dr. Rist is a caring, concerned, and thoughtful physician. She is very thorough, focused on her patients at the time of the visit, and never makes us feel rushed. She is responsive and easy to reach via the patient portal. She is what every physician should strive to be, a rarity at this time.

My first impression of Dr. Rist was not favorable. My experience as a NEW patient was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONSIDERATE of others time. At first with the virtual appointments, the links did not work and I was labeled as a no show. Then to finally receive an in person appointment and arriving 5 minutes early, I left after waiting FIFTY MINUTES to be seen. As I was leaving, I noticed there weren't any other patients in the examination rooms which was even more confusing. I went to the front desk and expressed my concerns and they were also confused to why she never saw me because there weren't any other patients. I value my time even if she doesn't! I lost pay taking off work only to not be seen!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND UNFORTUNATE LASTING FIRST IMPRESSION.

Dr. Rist is a caring, knowledgeable physician who takes the time to resolve any issues the patient has. She treats her patients as she would her family. Dr. Rist is responsive and kind, never making you feel like you are a bother. I followed Dr. Rist to Lancaster and now am happy she is back in the area.

Dr Rist goes above and beyond for her patients. Very thorough and experienced. She will leave no stone unturned. I trust her completely.

Dr. Rist was our Dr. ( my husband and myself) I have not seen her in the new location. But I must say we miss her soo much. She is an excellent physician. Take time to listen. Goes beyond being a physician. She is never to busy to call you about any test results. Love her, and wish her all the best in her new position.
