Rude office staff
My daughter called to make an appt with Dr. Towbin today and, because she is relatively new to this, she had some questions for the receptionist. Instead of welcoming her questions and answering them the best she could, she was very rude and made my daughter feel like she was a bother to her. We encourage our young adult children to ask questions and learn when they aren’t sure and don’t understand something, and I was thoroughly disappointed to hear that she was treated like this. If this is the kind of care given by the office staff, I’m worried about the care she would receive from the doctor. I have encouraged her to find a different doctor. So disappointing because I have heard so many good things about Dr Towbin.

Very caring and Knowledgeable Dr.
As much as women love having their annual Pap..... Dr. Towbin makes it easy with her very relaxed, calm personality. She is very knowledgeable and caring about any concerns I have. I trust her advice. I have been her patient for many years. I have recommended her to many friends and family . I can't say enough about Dr. Towbin!! She is simply the best!!

Finally! So happy to find Dr Towbin!
My husband’s company switched to Kaiser four years ago, and it was a nightmare trying to find a doctor there that actually cared or showed any interest in anything other than the “ordinary and average “regarding my health. Dr. Towbin was so nice and he immediately made me feel that she was truly interested in any issues that I had, and there to offer help with everything. I feel so grateful to finally have a gynecologist that I am comfortable with and that I know my health is in good hands with!

Best Specialist, Best Person
Dr. Towbin is an exemplary professional; I have a tendency to forget she’s my doctor and not my most compassionate best friend! This last visit I found myself in a very vulnerable place. Dr. Towbin gently listened, and made healthy proactive suggestions when I was ready to hear them. She’s the BEST!

Dr. Towbin cares. She and her staff have been providing excellent care for many years now to me, my mother and my daughter. So many of the nursing staff I work with see her as well. She is a physician who cares.
