Dr. Nancy Wolf has been an absolute godsend in my overall mental health for several decades now. Throughout my life I have struggled with severe anxiety, both Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder (genetic and environmental combined). As many anxious patients know, these particular conditions are often treated with various medications that can often have uncomfortable or undesirable side effects. Dr. Wolf has always found a way to circumvent or greatly minimize these if and when they occur, and is constantly checking with patients to ensure they both feel heard and understood as well as are either tolerating and/or benefitting from any side effects. In addition to that her therapeutic techniques have greatly helped my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which naturally also helps my anxiety disorders. Over years of helping me heal, Dr. Wolf has gotten me to a point where I can live my life as healthy and happy as possible with the particular set of ailments I was blessed with.
