Dr. Nancy Zimble, MD

As a young child, Nancy Zimble over prescribed me with ADHD pills until I had a mental break and was hospitalized at 17. I was 115 lbs and 5’5. I would stay up for 3 days at a time often because of the 70 MGs of Vyvanse in my blood. I would have visual seizures during these times. I was desperately anorexic and continuously tried to ask for help, which was ignored. I was given protein shakes to gain the weight the Vyvanse was preventing me from gaining. I had no appetite, i would throw up every day, and I felt like a meth head. developed much later than my friends and classmates due to This. This woman singlehandedly ruined my childhood summers by not telling my parents to give me my stimulant medication daily, which gave me horrific withdrawal symptoms for months. If there is anything I would want a parent or patient to know is that Nancy is a negligent doctor. She will dismiss your experience because it doesn’t align with her paycheck. At all costs, avoid this crook.

Dr. Zimble was completely unprofessional and rude during our last visit. She said things that I am still in disbelief she said with my 5 year old there and listening to her. I was there to get some vaccines because my daughter is going back to her private school with 6 other kids in her cohort and the way she spoke to me was extremely rude and judgmental. She asked questions rudely and proceeded to tell me in front of my daughter that going back to school won’t be smooth and that people are going to get sick and die because of it. My little girl was listening and was so concerned when we walked out of the room. She showed zero compassion or respect for me as a mother. I think every mother is having to make tough decisions and we don’t need to be judged or spoken to this way when speaking to a pediatrician. If you has concerns to voice I would have preferred you pull me aside instead of treating me the way you did in from on my baby girl.
