Dr. Zomaya’s staff, especially her billing associate, are hindering the success of this warm & knowledgable podiatrist. I could handle the excessive wait times & front desk staff who are dismissive & overly social with each other. However, the billing situation has been going on for 16+ months & NOBODY has so much as returned a single phone call. I was treated in May & June of 2018. When I finally received my account statement in December, I paid the balance in full. A few months later, I received an account statement for the exact same services & amounts. I left countless VM messages with billing & never got a call back. In May 2019, I received the same statement. I called billing, the office directly & even mailed proof of payment. Again, no response. It is now September & I am STILL being harassed for payment. Only this time, the statement shows a balance pending insurance. Sounds like double dipping to me. I left messages again & nothing. Maybe this review will make a difference.
