Dr. Nandita Gupta, MD

I've started seeing Dr Gupta about three months after leaving the Legacy System. Unfortunately I need cardiologist but fortunately, after much research, I found Dr Gupta. I have found her to be highly competent, professional, and empathetic. She listens and hears what I say. Her evaluations/exams have been complete and thorough. That Dr Gupta is my cardiologist of choice says it all.

Pretty awesome and helpful

Dr. Gupta is treating me for Congestive Heart Failure. I have had two appointments and she is very through and experienced on the disease. I am glad to find a specialist as I was not being properly diagnosed in my other Dr. appointments.

Dr Gupta is very knowledgeable and explains what her treatment plan is very well. She allows pt to help make decisions regarding tests and procedures.

Dr. Gupta presented herself well, was on time and very professional. She was patient and listened to everything I said. She did not condescend and was a pleasure to work with.

My second visit with Dr. Gupta. She is very thorough and patient centered. She shows a true caring for the patient - my concerns were readily addressed, and discussed in a manner that was easy to understand. She is optimistic and forward looking, with a here's what we can do today, not a why didn't you do (in the past) approach. Very friendly.

Dr Gupta saw me when I urgently needed care and my usual cardiologist wasn't available. She is compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. She grabbed another doctor who had seen me previously to give her some perspective on my current condition. That attitude, rather than "I know it all," is very welcome. She stayed with me through the crisis, and in consultation with my usual cardiologist, gave me a temporary change to my meds. It worked. I am so grateful to her, and for her follow-up, including a call the next morning. I ask a LOT of questions, and she patiently answered them all. Fantastic!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Nandita Gupta today. She is very knowledgeable, caring,and compassionate. She takes time with you, explains things so you can understand. My anxiety over my heart failure diagnosis has been significantly diminished with Dr. Gupta as my cardiologist. Her obvious expertise, thorough explanations and sincere concern have given me a much more optimistic outlook on everything.

First visit and I begged her to stay with our clinic! Thoughtful. Asks great questions. Useful explanations when queried.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Gupta. She doesn't explain things well and even worse, dug into my medical records AFTER my appointments without ever talking to me about it. She then left messages causing alarm when, as it turned out, there was absolutely nothing to be alarmed about. She even recommended changing my thyroid medication - by voice message - against my PCP's recommendation, and even though the blood test my PCP did showed the level to be perfect.

Wonderful doctor. Caring, compassionate and extremely thorough. I felt very safe with her.

Listens well. Welcomes and addresses questions in effective , clear , understandable language. I’ve seen Dr Gupta in an urgent health care matter and for routine care and felt I received excellent medical care and compassionate care.

I have never dealt with a doctor who is so disdainful of his/her own patients before.

A pulse of below 50, newly diagnosed moderate apnea yet to be treated and new onset of pedal edema in an elderly person with an upper respiratory infection is in the scope of any doctor; even a specialist. It is called good medical care.... physician and compassion first.

I am very pleased with the quick and thorough response Dr. Gupta provided to me. I feel very confident that I am in good hands- her care, knowledge and expert assessment is a comfort. She is professional, intelligent and caring.

Dr. Gupta has the ability to listen keenly to patient concerns and also explain complex issues clearly. Having seen another cardiologist who did neither, I was delighted to be referred to such an excellent doctor. At our first appointment it was obvious that she'd reviewed my file fully.

She was very patient to explain all medications that were being added due the stent and PAC diagnosis. She provided detailed information and encouraged follow up questions Unlike many other providers did not make me feel like she was limited in the time she could spend. That was a refreshing change
