Saint
He was a saint. He listened to my husband and helped him. My husband had cardiac arrest in 2022 but the first doctor did nothing so we went to him for second opinion and within a month my husband had an defibrillator put in and now he has 2 stents and coming up he might be getting more stents if he can put them in.

Does his homework
I went in to see Dr. Nasser about a condition. On the first visit he had compiled my history which amounted to an inch thick stack of documents. When he did the procedure he was thorough and the procedure has held for three years now allowing a normal life. He explained what he was going to do before the procedure and explained the implications and reasons.

Won't Keep Appointments
My father was referred to Dr. Nasser in November 2023 by his primary cardiologist as his condition needed a specialist. The first available new patient appointment was mid-February which already made us nervous to wait so long. The morning of the appt, Dr. Nassar's office called to say that he scheduled surgeries during my father's appt time and would need to reschedule - the next available appt was END OF APRIL! We called to see if it'd be possible to get in sooner, as it was no fault of ours that the appt was changed, and they did get it bumped up to April 19. On April 17th they called and said they'd need to reschedule as the doctor would be busy with procedures and they could see him END OF MAY with his nurse practitioner. Six months after the referral and they keep delaying just to have him see the NP? No thank you! Dr. Nasser - if you postpone all your new patient appts to service existing ones, pretty soon you'll have none as the 'new ones' will die waiting to see you.

I was referred to Dr. Nasser by my general practitioner, for a suspected AFib condition. Following an EKG and a 24-hour at-home heart monitor the AFib was confirmed. I found that he listens to this patient as well as he provided advise and diagnosis. I was extremely pleased at my 6-month follow up with his nurse practitioner Melissa, who provided clear answers and explanations to my multitude of questions, and interacted with me on not only a very professional level, but too, on a concerned personal level. I personally recommend them both.

He is the best doctor I have been to in my 66 years of life!!! He is very kind and treats you like you are his best friend. I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed with him on my first visit. He explained everything extremely well and never talked over me. He is a super down to earth human being of a doctor!!!! (He does not wear s white coat) He gave me options of how we could deal with my AFIB. He was not pushy like other cardiologists that I’ve been to about getting an ablation done. He took his time with me and did not rush me out the door. He was on time also!!!! His staff was also super!!!

Dr. Nasser replaced my pacemaker in August 2017 as a recommended replacement for my own cardiologist, who was unavailable at the last minute. He not only refused to answer any and all direct questions, he threatened to walk out when I persisted with same. When I asked if he had reviewed my records, he stated that he was "not interested"; and he also was "not interested" in hearing about difficulties experienced during the installation of 4 previous pacemakers. Rude, definitely did not care.
