I highly recommend Dr. Fahmi. I work in healthcare and am extremely particular about my personal health and care providers. She is thorough, listens, shows empathy and meets all my needs as my PCP. It is important to have a PCP who knows you especially when the unexpected happens.

Rude and disrespectful staff
Dr. Nasiha has been a good doctor for the past 5 years. I have already referred 3-4 people to her, most of them feel they want to leave and have left because of rude staff. am an educated and a patient person, never had any problem with Dr. Nasiha, I am leaving along with my family and friends because we cannot tolerate her staff for being rude and no compassion at all. They should not be working for Dr. Nasiha. Also it is hard to get in touch with Dr. Nasiha because she has no MyChart. I spoke to Dr. Nasiha about her staff, I feel she doesn’t know this is happening. Patients are leaving.

Long wait time sloppy work rude staff
Last time I went for a physical I had to wait an hour and half to see the doctor. For an appointment I booked, not a walk in. Forty minutes in the waiting room then another 50 in the actual room, Usually when I see her it’s a half hour wait. This just isn’t acceptable. I have a full life and burning hours at a doctor isn’t feasible. They seem to book way too many patients in a day and there is no heads up that she is running behind schedule. I wonder if it is due to her high Medicare population. She spent about eight minutes with me. . Don’t get me wrong she is a genius and will know what’s wrong within 8 minutes but it’s just too much of a hassle. It seems to get worse and worse here. They told me I had an old debt from 2019 I never paid. I said I never received a bill? Did you bill me? And they said I don’t know, we have to write it off. Never heard of balance there and been multiple times since 2019.

Amazing bed side manner
Dr Fahmi is an amazing doctor. She takes time to listen to my concerns and addresses them. I never have to wait to long for an appointment or my turn. I've been seeing her for over 15 yrs. I commute 45 mins away just to keep her as my PCP.

Rose secy
Dr Fahmi is absolutely wonderful doctor. However, I am not happy with the new person who answers the phone. Her name is Rose. She actually started arguing with me because I requested a requisition to be sent to Quest next-door. Arguing with me because it was a requisition that was handed to us in April and now it’s June. It’s not her business. My mother is 92 years old and we were not able to get a chance to go to Quest. How dare she even make a comment. And this is the reason why people leave a doctors office. Generally not the doctor. The inappropriate person, Rose, who thought she had the right to give her opinion. So I requested that rose. Tell Dr Fahmi to give me a call because I’m not gonna let this one go.

GREAT STAFF!
I recently signed on as a new patient and was able to get in for a complete physical the same week! The staff is so friendly and professional. I have since referred many of my co-workers who have the same insurance as well as my family. The office was a bit busy the day I arrived but the service was worth the wait. It must mean she's in high demand!

Do not book an appointment
I made an appointment for my 93-year-old mother with Dr. Fahmi and my brother took the day off from work to take her. It was at 10:30. They got there at 10:15 and they took my mother's vital signs, even took a urine sample. At noon they were still waiting and the nurse came in and told them that the doctor was taking her lunch break and they had to leave and make an appointment for another day. They would not let them even speak to the doctor. I have never heard of such callous disregard for the time and health of a patient. She should be ashamed of herself.

I am very disappointed with Dr. Fahmi. She has no bed side manner or consideration for her patients. Don’t expect her to find any major illnesses that you may experience. A family member of mine visited her on multiple occasions and she missed his cancer despite obvious signs. She could not even find the time to visit or call him when he was in the hospital before he eventually passed away. She is very rude along with the other members of her office. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.

I’ve seen her twice in one month and that already says emergency. She hasn’t gone to the root of my sickness and didn’t try much either. i can’t work, drive, or take care of my son. I just got out of the emergency room and am still waiting for her to call me back it’s been 3 days now!! I will never go back there. Especially waiting over an hour and half each time is not worth it..

Her staff is very pleasant and polite and their office makes making appointments a breeze. They always get you in on time, I have never waited for more than 5 minutes. And they always call with test results which is nice! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fahmi!!!

This office is the absolute worst office I have ever had to deal with. The doctor herself would be great if she would spend more time with her patients. The office staff is down right aggravating. I have an insurance where I DO NOT pay a co-pay. I explain this to them every single time I have an appointment and every time they fight me about it. I got so angry last visit that I left before even seeing the doctor. Finally I decided enough is enough, I am finding a new doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Fahmi's for over five years. She is an excellent diagnostician and has always prescribed the right medication to cure my assorted problems. When a specialist is called for, she sets up appointments with the best doctors, and always follows up. In addition, her staff is well-trained, kind, and considerate. Importantly, if you feel a need to be seen immediately, the staff will try to fit you in. We are lucky to have her in our area!
