Rude, impatient, and condescending. Would not answer any questions- nor discuss follow-up options. Worst experience I ever had with Northshore doctors.

I had shoulder pain and went to a walk in visit unaware of what doctor I would actually see. I was very satisfied with my experience with this doctor. He has a very gentle, kind mannerism about him. He answered all my questions and offered treatment that seemed helpful and reasonable. He even came back to examining room once exam was over and spent an additional 10 minutes with me looking up a past injury that I had a question about unrelated to my original complaint.

I wish I could give him zero stars. I have never had a doctor look at me and say That's not my problem. He is cold, doesn't listen, doesn't offer any solutions and argues with patients about what they are feeling. I was left sobbing with no help or even a goodbye. Evil. I'm never returning to this clinic. I had to beg for a referral because he told me he doesn't believe in my diagnosis. Wow.
