I have seen Dr. Rubina once in the 5 visits. Usually it's a lady in a robe sitting in her bedroom with an unwashed face & morning hair who sees me.

These dirtbags don't know how to return a phone call. Can't gain access to medical records. The wait times are absolutely deplorable, wait 4-5 hours JUST to be seen 10 mins. Now I am looking at my insurance records and the last 3 times they have billed my insurance, I didn't even have an appointment! STAY AWAY!

Dr Rubina is insightful and caring. We took our son to see her. We liked the way she spoke to him; respectful of his individuality. Our only regret was the wait time to be seen. The waiting room, particularly in the afternoons, was packed and the wait time, I kid you not, could be up to two hours. She clearly over booked appointments.

I saw her for a year. I just found out today when I saw a different psychiatrist that she has prescribed me Buspirone to take as needed with anxiety or panic attacks. This medication is not appropriate for that use as it is supposed to be taken long term in high doses to treat anxiety, not specific attacks. When my mom called to ask about my meds and told Rubina's assistant, Danielle, that I was seeing my psychologist every single day, her assistant replied with Oh...that's bad.
