He’s sometimes defensive when I ask questions. I am very self aware of my chronic conditions and would appreciate more patience when I have concerns or questions.

Does not help me understand my medical test results or my medical conditions and laughs dismissively when i try to initiate discussion of medical concerns. I feel he does not respect me as a person. Every other doctor I have seen in the past treats my diseases seriously. I am an established patient. Sadly I now lack in courage to tell him the symptoms that worries me…

Dr Al is very thorough. He was quick to refer me to a specialist for my issues.

Dr Al listens to you….explains his findings and his reason for what he recommends! Very professional! Also very personable!

On time; very professional; kind and respectful; takes the time to throughly explain anything; highly recommended!

Dr Al always takes the time to listen and give his opinion, almost like a friend would. Don’t get me wrong, he’s very professional and learned but also has a way of putting one at ease.I’ve been seeing him for years and I wouldn’t change Dr’s for the world!

The office seemed to need more rooms and doctor appeared rushed. Not as happy with visit as normally.

You are able to ask any question that concerns you. He gives excellent advice and excellent referrals should you need them. He has empathy for his patients and you never feel rushed in the appointment.

I’ve been a patient for many years. Unfortunately, I feel like I should probably look for a new provider. The care seems very cookie-cutter and rarely does he ask any clarifying questions regarding health concerns. I’ve had certain concerns dismissed, and others where I was even told it was silly and unnecessary to be concerned about. I know that he does care to provide health care but it’s clear to me that it’s not personal care. Not saying that he’s not a good doctor however, I don’t think he expresses much empathy. It’s like he’s become immune to what others unique situation‘s are . I feel like he could do more to make the care feel personal and crafted to the individuals needs. I do also understand that he seen it all and heard it all which may be why he seems dismissive. Also, while in the lobby I was speaking with a man who had medical power of attorney over his mother and wanted to have a quick conversation. He was told by the lobby staff that it was not billable, sad…

He always seems to listen. I believe he truly cares about taking care of you n getting you well. Always polite n respectful. And let’s you know what’s going on n why
