I have had Dr. Karimi for over 30 years. She has done all of my procedures during that time. Always professional and courteous. Takes all the time she needs to explain all the options or what is going on with my health conditions. I feel fortunate that Dr. Karimi is my doctor. She does get behind with her schedule sometimes but, I know that is because she is doing what she needs to take care of somebody else. Dr. Karimi is a great doctor.

After many test, I received several med. treatments, how ever never received a diagnosis, or what to do to treat what I had. Finally prescribed a med that helped me, that when I was to go off, basically sent me a diagnosis, (after asking) that basically had no resemblance to my symptoms! The reply was if I still had diarrhea make a appt. Which is a joke in it self. If you want to wait a month. I usually don’t do surveys, however, when I go to a Dr. I expect an exam, which not once Did she ever even touch me. Perhaps this is new medicine. So very frustrated, hoping I have no issues after going off my meds. I have no faith in Drs. Now days!

I needed an appt for a colonoscopy which they would not give me until I had a telephone appt with the Dr. which took 2 weeks to schedule. The appt was for 2:30 yesterday. At 3:30 I called to see why Dr. Kareemi hadnt called me. I was told she was a little behind and would call soon. I did not receive a call then or the next day. If this how little respect Dr. Kareemi has for her patients I certainly do not want her doing a procedure on me.

Previously gave Dr Karimi a great review. I thought she was thorough but she covertly misdiagnosed me with narcotic bowel syndrome when my vast medical history should have completely precluded this diagnosis. She told me there was nothing she cold do for me. I ended up in the ER with critically low blood levels from internal bleeding and food fermenting in my gut because of bowel obstruction. I asked her to take the misdiagnosis off my chart. She said she would but didn't. Left me in horrid pain

Finding the right GI can be tough. I was finally able to get an appointment. She was very helpful. The only thing I dislike is that being able to communicate it the worst. First the receptionist is not helpful. And I don’t know how old their system is. They sent my medicine to the wrong pharmacy when I told them the right one. Also hearing back for my results took days. And was not helpful. I have been dealing with months of pain and no one seems to help. She says it one thing when it’s another.
