Dr Palacio listens very well. I never feel that she is in a hurry. She is very proactive In her treatment. Even if a problem that I have seems like not a serious concern to me, she suggests a course of action to take to be sure that there is not an underlying problem. This approach has paid off ! She is the best!!

This doctor has been my primary care provider for several years. She is exceptional at practicing active listening and initiating conversation based on my reported health concerns. She has consistently encouraged me to express my own needs in my patient care. She reviews meds, chosen treatment modalities and feasible plans of care during each visit. She has earned my trust.
