Telemedicine. So glad it's offered first of all. 2nd, she is the only Dr I have ever had who took the time to ask the question why, and attempted to get get to the bottom of my chronic hypertension. She saw past the typical race, weight, and diet, and focused in on other causes and she was 100% right. I love this Dr and hope she never looses her desire to get to the facts.

Could You please update Dr Regaleses information. She now works at the Veterans Hospital! Dr Regales is the best Doctor I have ever had. She would give me all the time I needed to answer any questions I had. And Knew everything there was to know about the thyroid. It was a joy to see her she was always smiling. and would give you a hug when she walked in the room. As she works at the Veterans Hospital you would have to be a Veteran to see her. I really miss her. She was and is the best!

I have tried to schedule an appointment with this Dr. for over 2 weeks for a Thyroid issue. They have yet to call me back and they never have my information when it is faxed to them by my doctor. I have never seen a more unorganized office. I was willing to drive 20 miles to see this doctor because they were recommended. I would rather deal with an organized team in the medical field. You would think a Dr with such great reviews would have a competent staff to make the visit memorable.

When my long time endocrinologist retired I sought advice from a physician at TGMG whom I have a great deal of respect for as a clinician. He recommended Dr Regales and I can see why. See is very knowledgeable, passionate and caring. She is easily accessible by phone and TGH My Patient Portal.

DR. REGALES MAY BE A GREAT DOCTOR. HOWEVER, HER STAFF IS VERY IS EXTREMELY POOR. HEATHER, WHO IS HER POINT PERSON, SENT WRONG INFORMATION FOR A THYROID CANCER TEST. IT TOOK HER OVER A MONTH AND 18 PHONE MESSAGES. THE TEST ORDERED BY DR. REGALES, WERE NOT PERFORMED. THE DOCTOR THAT DR REGALES RECOMMENDED, SAID THE TEST WAS NOT NECESSARY. ITS BEEN TEN DAYS SINCE THE TEST WAS NOT PERFORMED. DR.REGALIS HAS NOT CALLED TO EXPLAIN WHY

I have been in nursing for 30 years and have interacted with many physicians. Dr. Regales is one of the best not only in medical knowledge but as a human being. She is compassionate and caring, truly meant to be a physician, which is a rare combination. I highly recommend her to anyone needing an endocrinologist.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Regales. I have searched a very long couple of years for the right endocrinologist for me and none had worked out until i met her. She is truly so kind and helpful, listens to me and i know she truly cares about my conditions and wants to help. I always feel happier after having seen her because of her positive attitude and plans of action to help me in my every day life. She is one of a kind. Dr Regales is one of the most caring and dedicated physicians I have seen. Since I worked in the healthcare field for 35 yrs as a clinical social worker I have seen all types of physicians and Dr Regales is truly one of the finest.
