Heartbreakingly Terrible Service in 2025
Where to begin? Recently went in for a visit with documented preexisting depressive symptoms and all I’ll say is I left 10x worse than when I went in. Grace and Strength is how I’m standing, because there’s no way a doctor should be blatantly shaming their patient. It’s unfortunate that as a black woman in 2025 Dr. Johnson lacked the common decency and comprehension to comfort OR refer an evidently distressed patient to reputable care that would aid in remediating said depressive symptoms.Grateful for my black woman therapist that DOES GET IT because she’ll be receiving the copay that has unfortunately been paid to this careless “caregiver”. Genuinely hope others will heed the review warnings and NOT seek assistance from Natalie Johnson.

Wanted to support a Black Female Doctor so I looked thru my network and located Dr. Natalie Johnson made a appointment everything was fine office was nice office staff was nice but when I requested an itemized bill which was requested by my flexible spending company everything went wrong my request was asked and never received, I called back 3 weeks later because at this point my flexible spending card is froze and I can't use it until I submit the itemized bill well after speaking with the office manager who was pleasant and professional but I was transferred to Dr. Johnson who was rude and screaming on the phone then had the nerve to hang up the phone my co-workers were looking because they could hear her screaming in my ear and no she was not on speaker phone, All I did is ask for a itemized bill which she told me was sent to my flexible spending company so I asked where did she send it to since I never gave her staff the number to send it to, they were suppose to fax me

I agree with the negative comments read. This doctor Johnson has never even come near me! Does not read previous results & cuts me off as I try to tell her why I am in the office. She’s very Very cold and spends less than 2 minutes in the actual exam room. Been there in times I waited easily 1-1.5 hours in tiny waiting room to see her!!!! She’s the worst Doctor I have met, no empathy no interest in trying to build new patient/doctor relationship. Im In pursuit of a new primary doctor very soon.

WENT THERE A FEW TIMES AND ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH A SERVICE OF AN OFFICE STAFF ESPECIALLY OFFICE MANAGER (CANT REMEMBER HER NAME). PLACE IS A RIP OFF. CHARGING FOR MY OWN MEDICAL RECORDS. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE A ONE STAR. DEFINITELY REGRET GOING THERE!!!

This women is unreal. I have a 9am appointment she comes strolling in at 10:30am. If you call to ask her to fill your prescription she will make you come in, if you haven't been there in 14 business days, yes that's right. She expects you to take off work so she can squeeze a copay out of you. How wrong! Her staff is unprofessional. Stay away.
