I am a new patient of Dr. Rivera and went to see her for the first time yesterday Jan. 10, 2023. I got there early for my appointment at 9:30 ,my appointment was at 9:45, was called back around 10:20, was weighed and blood pressure was taken and I was escorted to my exam room. I waited in that room until after 11. Dr. Rivera came in and she did apologize for the wait but was in a huge rush. She was understaffed and over booked I believed. She was quite dismissive and wasn't really listening to me, but she did hear some of the things I was expressing to her about my concerns about my health and was able to put some request and referrals in for me. I do believe Dr. Rivers was having a ruff morning , but I wish I didn't have to wait for about 2 hours for about 5 to 10 minutes of her time. I do think that if I didn't keep expressing my concerns about my health to her she would have walked out of the room after 5 minutes of being in. I wish she had more time for new patients.

Scheduled an acute appointment with Dr. Natalie Rivera. Dr. Lubin, our family doctor for many years, was not available since he was leaving the practice to move to another State. Dr. Rivera was very friendly and listened to the symptoms given to her by my mother and asked many questions. Dr. Rivera was very proficient and her decision making skills as a doctor were spot on. My mother and I are going to plan our next appts. with Dr. Rivera. She is pleasant, caring and listens very well before making a medical decision.
