Dr. Natalie Saprykina, MD

I was a patient of Dr. Saprykina's for over a decade. Everything was fine until I made a decision to seek treatment out of state. She then became very angry and "fired" me as a patient. I actually laughed out loud when I read that letter! Years later, when I was admitted to the ER for an unrelated condition, she refused to see me even though she was the on call OBGYN. Dr. Saprykina is unprofessional and unsupportive of patient needs. Be wary of Alaskan doctors who don't support your decision to seek safer and advanced treatment in the Lower 48. These doctors are suffering from the illusion that Alaska has the best healthcare available. Get on a flight to the Lower 48 and experience what it's like to work with highly trained physicians with expertise in patient care. It's worth the trip!

Dr. Saprynkina and her staff are absolutely phenomenal! She has been an amazing OB physician, going out of her way to ensure she personally delivered all three of my boys. Dr. Saprynkina has also provided exceptional care for my own personal gynecology issues. She and the entire staff at Denali OB/GYN are caring, courteous, patient, and thorough. Dr. Saprynkina had always ensured that I receive outstanding care, has never made me feel rushed, and takes the time to thoroughly discuss what my needs are, and how they can be resolved. I highly recommend her care and expertise and am grateful to be a patient of hers.

Dr. Saprykina was my doctor for my first pregnancy, and when I got pregnant again, I didn't have a hard time with my choice of provider. She is very professional and intelligent, she always take time to speak with me and find time to answer all my questions and worries. Other then great professionalism, she is very friendly and kind human being, Dr. Saprykina always meet us with smile. Nurses and medical assistants who work with her are amazing and very professional as well! <3 RECOMENDING THEM!

This clinic taught me that doctors don't always know best, and it's up to the patient to do their own research. Always get a second or third opinion (preferably with out of state experts) before taking the advice of any doctors-especially at this clinic. A good doctor supports the decisions of their patients, even if it means that the patient must seek care elsewhere. I'm happy to report that I've found a new doctor who is both supportive and qualified to provide me with the care I need!
